We’ve been bringing our two doodles to Biscuits Barber Shop for years. Nikki has incredible experience and works with both our girls as if they are her own. She’s always on time and if we have a special request for type of cut, always accommodates it! Superb!So glad we found our new groomer for our furbaby! Nikki went above and beyond for us and did a magnificent job! Cali, our 3 yr old, very spoiled, affen pincher, was comfortable with her and maybe even more importantly, Nikki made my husband and I feel comfy, reassured, and very HAPPY! This is our first time visiting Biscuits Barber Shop for our 5 yr old Golden Retriever, Izzy, but it won’t be our last. The appointment scheduling was a breeze, and when we arrived they were ready for us and dropping her off was easy. The grooming was thorough, professional, and looks great. They even attended to things I never would have thought of. Can’t say enough good things about this business.

Today I brought my Newfoundland, Bonnie, in to see Nikkie for the first time. I was so nervous about getting her groomed as I’ve have less than pleasant experiences in the past at other grooming salons. Nikkie took all my doubt and threw it away! I’m just amazed at how passionate Nikkie is about our dogs. She is wonderful. A joy to talk to. She does a consultation before so you know what’s going to happen at the visit. That is so wonderful as every groomer I’ve been too prior just took my dog and said they would call when ready. Nikkie goes the extra mile for these babies. She will be my groomer for a lifetime and Bonnie loves her too! Thank you so much Nikkie see you next month!❤️

Brought in my 5month labradoodle girl for the full works and Nikki worked her magic! I am so happy with how my pup looks and Nikki was excellent with communicating with me on her timing and when to expect her to be ready. She's a genuine dog lover, I believe it's 6 rescue dogs that she has, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pup in her hands. She has great pricing for her services and I'll definitely be going back to Nikki for future groomings!

Nikki does such a great job with our golden doodle, zeke! He used to be very nervous going to the groomers, but since switching to Biscuit Barber Shop we no longer have to drag him out of the car to go in! Highly recommend!

Nikki does a wonderful job on our Sproodle. I have been more than happy with how he looks, smells and acts after every groom. When we took him to other places before we heard about Biscuits Barber Shop he was always cut too short and never smelled fresh. She knows how to cut doodle hair perfectly. He has never had any razor burn or discomfort. I will not take my buddy anywhere else and if for some reason she quits doing dog grooming I will cry. -Angela

This is one of the rudest Dog Groomer I have ever met. Worst customer service and is extremally inconsistent. She will open her mouth and create lies to better fit her story do not go here unless you are looking for drama. Nicky is two faced please watch out!!!! She can give your dog cuts and infections like she has to mine which I then had to take to the Vet in order to help with his pain at times he couldn't even walk and would screech whenever he took a step. He has never had this issue at other Groomers which expresses how unprofessional she is and how she is not right for this line of business. If you still choose to go to her...Goodluck!!!! but I strongly suggest otherwise.

Nikki does an excellent job grooming our Golden. She cuts just enough so that we can keep him clean , while keeping the classic Golden look. Murphy always comes back so soft & smelling fresh. We wouldn’t take him anywhere else!
