I never had a problem with any Walmart , note I use to manage most dollar stores and I have a great understanding of theft also when training usually it will tell you 93 percent of shrinkage comes from within a smaller amount of theft is external, for them to hover over me at self checkout like I’m stealing and by the way it really went to the extreme

On 2/25/25 at 3:55 pm I came to this Walmart to exchange 2 tshirts for a bigger size because they was too tight. Caucasian older lady with long hair had an attitude when I first came up to the counter. I told her I wanted to exchange the 2 tshirts for a bigger size. The shirts was only $4.98 a shirt. She was being racist and acted like I stole the shirts . Wanted my id for me to be able to exchange the shirts because I had lost my id. I asked her when did they start needing id to exchange shirts for a bigger size. She didn’t answer , she just kept typing my information in the system. She didn’t ask the Caucasian people that was before me for an id. She did that because I’m black and thought I was a thief. I never been to a Walmart that treats customers like this for no reason. She was rude, racist and don’t need to work in the public.

Check the expiration dates! I bought chicken in the deli just to get home and realize it was gray and a month and a half expired. Little to no concern when I took it back. Went back over and found 3 more expired before I stopped looking. Did a pick up order and was given expired yogurt. Nobody appears to check the dates on products here.

Store is never stocked properly, Good luck on the bread isle as an example. Whoever does inventory orders too much of what people don't buy and too little of what sells out (Every week). Customer Service is OK if you get the right employee, but its rare.

It's a typical Walmart has everything that you're looking for, aisles are stocked well. The customer service reps and cashiers are not friendly to outta towners, I got not one smile during my visit. Just keep in mind when visiting this Walmart just be aware that you choosing this Walmart to spend your money at is neither appreciated or shown appreciation for.

The worst job I ever had was treated horribly by Tabitha in HBA. Polly and others also played a part. Wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. The most unprofessional job I've ever had so happy I quit today. Off to better now. This is one bitter place. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The environment is disgusting and toxic. No job especially this one is worth your health especially a low paying job. It doesn’t deserve a one star. Management is crooked. A lot of discrimination happens in that place.

Floor plan was convenient , clesn,alis clear and easyto walk down. They had clerks checking out merchandise. I'mHandicap and 79 yrs old . Easy to shop with walkers, cane, or cart.Plenty of parking and convenient.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Checkout is horrible, everytime I tried to scan something I had to call over cashier who on the 3rd time ignored us so we left a whole cart at self checkout.

Good luck reaching someone when u call about checking if they have something in stock called 3 times still no answer and honestly no one is ever busy there most are always on their phones and or walking around looking like they are busy

Patricia Borrero and Gloria Jones were outstanding, very calm and helpful even at 5 minutes before closing, Photo equipment was doing a backup and they showed enthusiasm and patience. They should be rewarded for their efforts. Highly recommend shopping at Walmart while in Oxford Alabama.

On May 6th I placed an order in the bakery for a 2 tier birthday cake for May 24 pick up 1pm. I went to pick up my order at 2:10pm on the 24th and there wasn’t any workers in the bakery. After a min or so one of the stockers came to assist me. I informed him that I was here to pick up an order. He proceeded to look in the freezer but my order wasn’t there. Another stocker came over to assist but they still couldn’t find my order. One of the stockers went to go get the manager, while waiting my order ticket was found showing that my order was suppose to be ready for pickup by 1 pm. The manager came and looked for my order as well. Finally the workers(2) came in from lunch apparently and she stated that she thought my order said 3 pm instead of 1pm(currently 2:20pm). She said that it would take her 20 min to have my order ready. The manager agreed to give me half off my order. Came back 20 mins and the cakes were done. Very rushed and put together, could definitely tell that it was done in 20 mins. Had the worker call the manager to assist with my order amount at self checkouts took about 10 mins to have my price discounted(manager never came, sent a CSM)all while my cakes are melting cause they were whipped icing. This will be my first and last time ordering from ordering from this location. I Was 20 mins late to my own daughters party. Not to mention it was soo much unnecessary icing literally, icing was like a inch and a half thick. The pics are showing after they was refrigerated for about 30mins

The store is going through a minor remodel. They removed the hair salon up front and it appears the restrooms in the back are gone. The isles are hit and miss. Sometimes they are disheveled, other times they stocked. The holiday isle was low this year as well. For Halloween so far.

Very nice Walmart, very clean and every single associate we encountered was polite, friendly and helpful, they have a very nice garden center as well. Will definitely return when I'm in the area! The gentleman working in the deli was both friendly and helpful, as well as the manager. P.S. the bathrooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean!!

The staff are fantastically nice here and the building is very clean and organized, but whoever mandated the loudness of the pop music they have playing needs to be slapped. Not presently a good spot to be if you have trouble tuning out noise. (As of February 2024, the same all still applies. Good folks, clean place, but the music is infuriating.)

My favorite place. At one time I had stopped going food shopping here, but I went shopping just to pick up a couple of things and saw that the prices were very reasonable I AM ADDICTED ALL OVER AGAIN!!

Some of the rudest workers, including management. The money order machine has not worked in over a month! The deli however has a guy named Chris and he is so pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service.

If I could give the bakery No stars I would.. I ordered a cupcakes for a 16 year old the cupcakes was nothing I asked for the frosting was hard and the cupcakes were old like they got the off the shelf. I was not satisfied and when I tried explaining to these people it's not what I ask for ... their response was I think they look fine.. But it's not what I asked for lady .. I will never order any of those old cupcakes again they also ruined our color theme with those WHITE cupcakes and they were surpose to be different shades of blue. Some people really don't care about messing up other folks events it wasn't for her to say well I think they look nice it's NOT YOUR EVENT LADY .. COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A LAZY MANGER THAt DIDNT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB and her co- pliot ..sweets

Too many cash registers were unmanned and had to use self-checkout. So, after doing the work that should have been performed by a Wal-Mart employee, they have a person at the door checking receipts! After having to do the job of a register clerk and putting my receipt away, I refuse to pull it back out to prove to someone that I just performed their job correctly!

I wonder if I'll be getting a paycheck from Walmart. I shop and then I have to scan and bag my purchases myself. Guess next they are going to get customers to take items out of the trailers and stock the shelves.
