My first time ever at a Tractor Supply store!! They have everything here!! The mnger, Melvin, helped me find a good trap and showed me how to use it!! Everyone seems very happy to work here & help the customers! & They have baby chicks!! 💕💕

One of the worst managed locations I've come across. They are either consistently out of propane or "the person who is qualified for that isn't here".The stock is often messy or incomplete. Multi times bags of dog food or animal grain have split open and spilled and there is no effort in cleaning it up. Trying to get assistance to a locked case is an ordeal worthy of a Tolkien story.Compared to other locations, this Tractor Supply falls flat on its face.

Open at online at 9 am but at the store signs reads at 8am got me waiting since 7 30am the person went in the store at 7 55 am but never answer the the door to say that they change the 5 weeks ago shame on her wasting customers time.

Visited this store while working to speak with a manager and was highly impressed with everything I saw. The aisles are kept clean and things look well stocked. The cashier was extremely helpful in answering my questions and all staff were very friendly during my visit. I'd like to go back when not working to look around more.

I was refused propane refill because my tank inspection didn't have an engraving date on the outer surface. The inspection was clearly valid and not all propane tank inspection stations does outer surface engravings during a tank inspection. This was a very inconvenient stop for propane

I love how they think! I lost my receipt and needed a refund, the manager on duty looked up my purchase in their system and supplied me with a full refund!She didn't have to tell me if she were lazy! She could have giving me a store credit based on lowest sale price! She was ready to reload the funds until I tell her I lost that also the same day!Folks in the big cities I'm from would have hung up the phone!I proved I was who I said I was because on top of it all, my ID card expired last year on my birthday!I could hear her smiling over the phone as if I could see her!Triumphantly she tells me to ask for her when I get to the store!Score!!!!!! 10/💯

Love Tractor Supply but I do wish this location had more variety and quantity in merchandise of all types which is why I took off 1 star. Employees are always very polite and helpful and I enjoy shopping there.EDIT: On my last visit to this location I was greeted by the sweet sound of numerous little peeps coming from baby chicks (pullets/cockerels) & my curiosity got the best of me. The more questions I asked the staff, the more I realized how clueless I was about our fine feathered friends. I had an amazing time there getting an education from store employees. There was one young woman in particular who I felt should be recognized. I say with all sincerity that she was knowledgeable enough to write a book! I took her name after our "chicken lesson" & passed a compliment to the store manager. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name at this time but I did retain the education she shared with me that day. Every store owner should be so lucky as to have someone as knowledgeable, patient and kind as this employee was with me. After that experience I feel must upgrade my review from 4 stars to five.While I still wish this store location carried a higher volume or qty of merchandise, I'm not going to hold it against them. I'd much rather shop a store staffed with kind and knowledgeable employees, than a store filled with merch but no one there to help me with it!! People love small towns for a reason and this Tractor Supply store in small town Williamston is a gleaning example as to why. It's the people more than anything, that make something what it is.

Everyone is nice, friendly and helpful. It makes for a pleasurable shopping experience. I have a dog and a cat, they have very good deals on all sorts of pet food and supplies. I love shopping here for my animals.

Didn't have enough sales people to be able to take care of anyone that had a question. Seems everyone was on a cash register. When one finally left the register, she didn't know anything about the store. Walked up and down aisles until another customer told us where to look. Not going back to this individual store but will continue to shop at other Tractor Supply stores.

Always enjoy coming here. Seems to be like all other retail store now though, razor thin labor hours makes it hard to find help, not the store fault, but it is the company's fault.

The rest of the customers are nice and the employees really tried they best to help me with my issue. A couple of them have some leaning to do but a number really know their stuff around the store.

The Williamston N.C store has employees whom are willing to help in a polite and professional manner. Unlike those in Washington N.C . whom are JUST there in a physical state. I will be going back to this store.

They had what I needed. It's a little overpriced on certain things like pet food, toys and beds. You can get the same exact things for less at Walmart. They had good deals on plants and seeds though.

If you need propane after getting off work during the winter, don’t bother coming here. If the sun is as so much behind the trees they won’t do it even though it’s going to be below 30 at night and everywhere else is closed right at 5.
