This store offers the best customer service for the hound community, hands down! Me and my other half placed an order for 24 collars with name plates on August 4th. I received an email stating they were waiting on another shipment of the type and color collar we ordered to complete my order and shipped it out on the following Thursday to make sure I had them by Friday so our hounds could be ran. Just the level of communication regarding our order was amazing. This company didn’t have to do overnight shipping to make sure we received our product but I am beyond grateful for this business! We will now be switching our hound dog needs and Dan’s orders over to The Buzzard’s Roost! This company is just absolutely amazing and has the best customer service around!
