Mast Pharmacy is the very best that I have experienced. The staff are always so kind and respectful. They try to help you find solutions for your medical needs. They are very knowledgeable and professional and customer friendly. Although I live miles from their pharmacy, I really wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else for my pharmacy needs.

Mast seemed to be a nice welcoming small town pharmacy. Our daughter has to have her medication compounded and they happen to be the only one around that can do it. We have had it filled 5 or more times now. Her medication is only good for two weeks. The first time went smoothly with help from a very nice young woman. Ever since then it has been a true battle. I’ve tried calling two days in advance, 24 hours in advance, and same day. All with the same result - they never have it done. Once after driving 6 hours to make it there before they close after calling more than 24 hours in advance just to be told it wasn’t ready. The last time I called and spoke with a male. I explained to him that I had had the medication transferred out because it’s always an issue but they weren’t able to fill it. I asked Mast if they could do it as I was leaving out of town. He said it would be that afternoon and I told him I have to leave at 1 to get my niece from school and leave town. He then said it would be after lunch. I agreed and said I would call prior to leaving. So, I did. I was told by a woman that it would be another 20-30 minutes - no problem, I had a little time and it takes 20 minutes to get there plus I had a stop to make. I get there (28 minutes later) and that’s when the man I’d spoken to earlier came to the window and told me it would be yet another 20-30 minutes. He also said that he told me it would be later afternoon.. nope, when I told you I had to leave at 1 you said it would be after lunch and I told you I would call prior. I kept my side of the bargain. Well, I could not wait - again, I was JUST told it would be ready but obviously was just told what they thought I wanted to hear. It is not their problem that I am in a hurry and have a tight schedule. However, it is there problem that they continue to lie about times instead of just being truthful. My daughter went two days without her medication. Now we’ve transferred it again and will be driving an hour and 15 minutes every two weeks for her medication but at least I know it will be ready when I get there. Did I mention after I’d driven the 6 hours they said it wasn’t ready, yet when I called for the next refill they said they had made two? Yep. Another dose my daughter missed. She’s 8 months old. She seems specialists in different states. We are busy, we travel, we don’t have time for negligence. This was the ONLY prescription we saw them for because of such terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I found this pharmacy through America's Pharmacy website. America's Pharmacy gave me an additional discount on my prescription if I prepaid through their website. So I did prepay and received a voucher with all the necessary information for the pharmacy. But when I arrived at Mast Pharmacy they said they did not accept vouchers from America's Pharmacy even though I showed them my voucher and explained how they were listed on the America's Pharmacy website. In order to receive my prescription I had to pay nearly three times the price I had paid to America's Pharmacy. When I contacted America's Pharmacy they told me that Mast Pharmacy was contractually obligated to honor their voucher, but they gladly refunded the price I had paid online.

Love love LOVE the employees here! They are all so kind and helpful! The pharmacists all know me and my children by name. They are always willing to talk to you on the phone and help any way they can. Great place!

Very nice town pharmacy guy who owns it is very nice and polite and always helps when my insurance gives me trouble with my medication but I wud like it if wud tell me my medication can't or won't be filled before I drive out there after they said it would be ready in one hour or two except but that's mostly the employees
