Shelves stocked adequately. I do not like the store's position for checkout. Only one cashier and line 6 & 7 deep. 6 self check out lines and 3 employees standing around watching self checkout. Most in line are elderly and have trouble "standing" that long to check out. It took me 30 minutes to get through checkout line. If store continues this option I will be leaving Food Lion.

This is the best food lion in all these counties from Pitt to Ahoskie and I’m sure even beyond that but I just don’t go that far. Customer service is exemplary the people here will do everything that they can to make sure that you get what you need, they are always polite and helpful. The store is clean and the food is presented in a very tempting way! The manager Juanita is an exceptional manager both in terms of the care of the store and the care of her staff, they must feel valued to behave in such a courteous way. I hate grocery shopping but I love shopping here.

When traveling in the area, I will look for look for a Food Lion to stop at to buy things we need for the trip. We live a couple of hours from here, but I know Food Lion is consistent in availability and quality, so we tend to look for a Food Lion to buy what we need.

Clean, aisles have plenty of space, helpful staff and very nice cashiers. More registers open than at hated Walmart.Some stock low, but same everywhere with covid and active hurricane in gulf.Good deals. Might be able to get slightly lower prices on some items at walmart, but not worth the aggravation of the crowds and mess. Food Lion is so much better!

Hands down the best grocery store in town. They always have a great selection, the produce is fresh and local when it's in season, and they often run good sales. As a vegetarian, it's sometimes hard to find good options in Eastern NC- I never have to worry about finding an excellent selection at Food Lion. They also carry local school Riverside merch, which is great! The Williamston Food Lion employees are all stars, always friendly and very helpful. Never thought I'd actually look forward to grocery shopping, but this Food Lion is consistently a great experience. We have no choice but to stan.

The prices are better than Walmart. Get the Food Lion card for even more savings. Produce is usually very good. But they seem to run out of things by the end of the week.

Staff does a wonderful job of making me feel valued and welcome. Cleaning processes ongoing. I only wish customers could read the signs and walk in the correct direction down the aisles.

Great people work here, the cashiers are my favorite out of any store. The stockers keep everything nice and in place as soon as a truck comes on they get it right on the shelves. Basically this store is run perfect

Absolutely my favorite grocery store. Can't beat the buy 1 get 1 free and all the other mvp discounts. It can get busy at times but I like how the managers jump on the register. You won't find a lot of places that do that anymore. The produce is fresh. I only wish they had a better deals on their meats.

Shopping for others has had me walk over to Food Lion and I have to say I've been pleasantly surprised at the young woman with her skills to communicate with very young people! It's not a learned behavior. You either have it or you don't, she has it in spades! Congrats

The store is clean, fruit & produce were fresh. Aisles were well stocked. Cashiers and staff were friendly. There are handicapped parking close to entrance. This store also has a deli.

I love Food Lion I shop there every time I get the chance to. They have a Shop and Earn program, after so many purchases of certain items you get money off your next shopping trip using your MVP card. I shop there alot and the have good sales throughout the store.

Has been awhile since I have been to food lion. Have to say the cashier continue to talk to a friend of hers about personal things, nothing to do with food lion. Finally her friend left, cashier then paid attention to something going on by the office totally ignoring my wife and I. After about 2 minutes she look at us started laughing, " oh I'm sorry. Will not go to food lion again. And tell my friends to stay away , also. Have a good day.
