If I could give it 0 stars I would as well as my husband. Every time I have ever went to this location they are always put of something. Never the same thing but always something. Tonight we went for ice cream. Wanted two banana splits they were out of bananas. Then said chocolate ice cream they are out also. Last time we wanted chicken strip baskets didn't have any. I'm honestly surprised it is still open.

I order my food and was given my drinks and ice cream. I was asked to pull around front to wait. Our blizzards weren’t filled up. We sat and waited for our food for over 20 minutes just to get cold food. When i received my large rotisserie style bites the container wasn’t even half full. Definitely not worth over 40$ !!!! Don’t recommend.

This was my first time ever eating here, I ordered a burger that just had no taste at all, you could tell it was recently frozen, the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing, I ordered a mocha moolatte that was disgusting 🤢🤮 someone put too much syrup in it and made me want to puke, I could only handle a few sips of it before I threw away 5$ worth of a frozen coffee drink. I would not go back unless you paid me, something definitely needs to change or this place won't stay open long

I ordered two different combo meals with cheese curds as the side orders and I was charged for both cheese curds and I didn't get any marinara sauce for them. I ordered three honey mustard sauce dips and I was charged .69 cents for each dip and I didn't receive any of them with my order. I ordered a chocolate milkshake with whip cream and half way through, it was chunky. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I spent $39 for two orders.

Must say the best service I’ve ever had! Thanks to Tina for taking care of our party of 6 and the pup! Brought her water and a pup cup. Food and ice cream was delicious! Thanks Tina!

this is the worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in quite a while. The employees were stoned/high off of something. They were oblivious, squinty eyed, and laughing at every little thing I said. I ordered a vegan dilly bar that was supposed to be gluten-free dairy free. I am highly allergic to these two ingredients. They gave me a dilly bar that was not gluten-free dairy free. They could have killed me! Worst experience ever! They should all be fired

I have to pull up and wait every single time I go here. Ordered a cheeseburger with only ketchup, and my receipt said the same. Got a cheeseburger with onions, mustard, and chili. Also had a cookie dough blizzard with only about 5 pieces of cookie dough. The girl in the drive thru was so kind, but that was about the only positive. Again, this is a repeat occurrence with this location. It's always something...

There food is usually splendid. Staff is a mix of happy to be there and I'm ready to go home. The service is the only thing I have to dock them on and that's because I've stood at the counter many times, looked directly at a staff member and not even get so much as a hello. So, the customer service is a little lacking. There are exceptions to that, as there are several staff members that go above and beyond. I've seen the district manager in there many times working her butt off. Overall the food is delicious and has always been fresh (in my experience), and once you've been acknowledged, your service experience is pretty good.

Not a good Dairy Queen. Ordered two plain hot dogs and they came out with chili, and the blizzard I ordered wasn’t even rung up. The servers are nice enough, but the food takes forever and half the time it’s the wrong order (or as in my case: it never comes because it wasn’t rung up). Won’t ever be back. It’s a shame, DQ is usually good.

This has to be the most ridiculous drive thru wait I’ve ever experienced. They have had 6 of the 7 who came thru the drive thru park! The drinks had ice literally to the top of the cup. 20 minutes in the drive thru is just not acceptable, especially when there was only ONE person there in front of us.Edit: we get home and open food and it’s COLD.WARNING DO NOT GO HERE

Time 04:13 , placed an order for two hot dogs time 04:22 not ready. Called! This place cooks to order! To save food. So! Is not a fast food joint. However! If you look up dairy’s queens service on time of food. It doesn’t take 10 minutes for two hot dogs in drive thru. Hope corporate hears about this!

I got a cheese burger that looked like the KID in the back played with ketchup and put it together. I was offered to have it fixed, I didnt have time after already waiting 15 min. My bag was missing FF as well. I told the manager that I would have been a shame to have sent this out. She did t see it. I'm sure that SMILING FUNNY KID wants #15 an hr! I have a voucher for a free meal I will not use. Its the needing to do BETTER that means the most!

Awesome server. Tina has a great personality and so helpful. If all employees there had her outlook they should..get a nice raise. Tina wasn't just a server she took our orders too. I watched her even go help an elderly gentleman into the door and then went and took his order. Great young lady.

I was there on 9/1 approximately 4:00-4:30. The young lady that was working (sorry didn't look at name) was completely alone in the front end, working counter and drive thru. Yet stayed friendly and professional . She definitely deserves some regonition. Her attitude and pleasant persona will make you return. . I think you should be proud !

Unfortunately, our experience started out to be an unpleasant one. It was quickly turned around by a fabulous employee, Tina, who made it a perfectly delightful time. The food was very good, too. Tina has the knowledge, kindness, and respectful attitude to be a manager. Thank you for your perfect service, Tina. DQ is fortunate to have you on their team!

I have visited this location multiple times and each time the staff is polite, and helpful. The food has always been hot and they have never messed up my order. The Blizzard's are amazing and on of my favorite treats. You can go wrong with this DQ location.
