This was a well stocked Supercenter. The store was clean and the staff was nice at checkout. This location was a little nicer than most because all of the checkouts were not self checkouts. There really is a need for more people in Walmarts.

Lovely place but why do the ppl at the doors see Caucasian walk out but the moment a African American or another ethnicity than Caucasian exist it's receipt receipt. they can't touch me by law . I'll walk past them and continue to digress.

Never have anything stocked, messy store overall. Too many things in a space that’s not big enough. Have a monopoly in Boone. Worth the trip to go to W.Jefferson.

After having a really bad experience with the customer service at the Elkin Walmart, I drove up here to the Wilkesboro one to do my exchange, and the girl that waited on me. There was so nice and so polite and patient with everybody. I just wanted to take a minute to brag on what good customer service They had there and I don’t know if this will help but her operator number was 002533. I didn’t see a name but I didn’t see that if that helps.

So I'm not the biggest Walmart fan to be honest (I'm a 20year best buy vet) but if you guys have more managers like Chris you will be in good shape. I was helping a buddy of mine mount a tv at his parents house, it was ordered online and delivered to their house.We didn't think to check the screen before getting it mounted over their brick fireplace, turned it on and the screen had a small crack. We got in touch with Chris at the store and he got our return/exchange fast tracked even though the store was starting to get busy. We were in and out in 15 minutes, during the holidays?! amazing! I also noticed while we were in line at customer service that Chris was answering all the MOD calls and addressing other employee's needs to the best of his ability. If there's another level you can elevate this man to, please do it...he's a good one

They never come when you push the needing assistance button and when you ask an employee to help they all give you the runaround. Buy anything from behind a case from Amazon so you don't waste your time waiting for forever just end up leaving because no one will help you

The store was as usual fine! However..this Uneducated immigrant..have no idea what she was? Was extremely rude to my wife, an felt she was entitled to whatever the hell she wanted as most do! But needless to say..i had some choice words for the ol huzzy..

Staff is friendly, only if I confront them about a problem. For example, I had a transaction I had to make, and the cashier was too busy talking to the other coworkers. She could’ve easily made a mistake on an important transaction. It was like I was invisible, like I was not there to her. Her coworkers had their backs turned to her, it was almost as if I was being flat out ignored. This behavior is unacceptable.Store is not always clean, and items that are sought after are hardly ever there. I only get a few things because that’s all I can trust them to have, if they have them.

Online pick up at this store is terrible. You wait for like 20 to 30 minutes and end up having to call for them bring your stuff out. It doesn't matter what time of day, busy or slow. They need to turn some attention towards this department. Doesn't seem to be an issue at other locations.

I love Walmart but every time I do an online order there are at least 3 things that either have to be substituted or they don’t come at all and I get reimbursed but when I go into the store they have exactly what they said they were out of. I don’t know if it’s that it was seen or someone didn’t bother to look but it does get aggravating after awhile

One of the cleanest and well stocked Walmarts I ever been in. Employees are helpful and friendly, and don't act like they have to go out of their way when asked something. I wish this my local Walmart was this way.

Nice Walmart, not too crowded even on Labor Day weekend and we’re able to find everything we needed easily. Bathrooms were clean- did take a bit to check out since not a lot of lanes were open. I ended up chatting with one employee- Randy, while wanting for my husband and he made my day! Even recommended a local canoeing spot. Will be back next time we are driving through town!

While the store could benefit from some improvements in organization and customer service, it generally meets my basic needs. The clearance section at this Walmart Supercenter leaves much to be desired. I've noticed that their prices tend to be higher compared to other Walmart locations for similar products. This probably contributes to why many items remain unsold for long periods, ultimately leading to them being liquidated. Additionally, I'm disappointed that they no longer operate 24 hours a day, which was a significant convenience factor for many, including myself. It's something the store might want to reconsider. It's not the best I've been to, but it serves its purpose for quick and essential shopping trips.

They are always out of things and Jake the manager called me about my survey and told me he would call back but he never did which is probably how he treats his position as lead, no follow through, no wonder the store is in shambles.

They had a few plants dying back in the nursery but the sales clerk didn't have the authority to mark them down to a reasonable price and I wasn't able to wait until the manager could come

I rarely enter except to go to Woodforest Bank inside or rare return of item . I use outside pickup service which is generally efficient but you must buy at least $35 to avoid service charge. Some items can be shipped. Local store sometimes will have an item but then try to switch it with a sub. Local store has had stocking problem for years which is the store manager's responsibility.

Once you know the layout, it's easy to know where to park so walking distance isn't too far from your vehicle. Parking space available for everyone, and Handicap accessible, with power driving grocery carts, and many amenities for you to make keys, rent movies, etc. Pharmacy time quick and easy to get in and out also. Not much of a wait at all!

Stopped in for a quick item. The layout of the store made it easy to find what I needed. The store was clean.I usually stop in this store when I go to Boone because it is on the way and easy to get in and out of quickly.Although it was a Friday and somewhat busy, it was easy to get in and out of, and there were cashiers waiting. There were also self-checks available, but I hate using them.

If you Can't find a deal in Walmart then 9 times out of 10 it doesn't have one. Only thing that's out of stock I couldn't find on the shelves of my nearest location was the Snoop Cereal Brand which I'll probably end up ordering online again.
