I came here on Christmas eve not ever having heard of them before nor expecting anyone to he actively grooming animals that day. My original intention was to use the self serve service, but once I arrived I as greeted politely by a member of the staff and was informed there was an opening in the schedule just 15 minutes later. I was blown away simply by the incredible staff and their availability, and then blown away again by how amazing of a job they did on my sweet boy (pictured below). I could not be happier and I fully recommend this company to anyone with a pet, especially those that are nervous for their first ever professional grooming like my Saint.

I've been taking my dogs to Waggles for a couple years now. I love the staff, they are so loving and caring towards everyone's pets and take pride in what they do. There nothing like Pet Smart, Waggles is 100% better. At Waggles you can drop off or sit right there and watch, they are true animal lovers. I love this place. Stalls with a ramps, all products provided, no clean up. Love the professional dog blow dryers. They save me a ton of time Lots of doggy treats, chew bones and accessories to choose from. Best of all is the advise and helpful staff!!!

We took our three dogs for a DIY dog wash before the holidays. We drove 30 minutes from Yadkinville and it was well worth the drive! Although in the process of moving to a new building, we were provided with great customer service, everything we needed and more! The wash tubs were spacious for our large dogs - even allowing us to bathe two at the same time in the same tub! Our dogs have long hair, so the dryers were especially helpful. We had a wonderful experience and will be returning to Waggles every time our dogs need a bath! I highly recommend taking your pet to Waggles! ❤️🐾

We had an emergency and couldn't get in with our regular groomer. Waggles worked us in and did a fantastic job of getting Chase groomed properly. Prices were less too. They have a do it yourself too. We have found a new groomer.

I made an emergency stop here as it was the closest pet store when my cat got so sick in her carrier that I had to throw it away at a rest stop on a long drive! The owner (or manager I’m not sure) gave me a big discount on a new carrier when I came in looking somewhat frantic, as my cat was loose in my car and freaking out, trying to climb all over me as I drove. I was short on cash at the time and really worried about my baby so it made a huge difference for me. She was incredibly helpful and kind, and really helped me in a bad situation! I haven’t been able to go back as I don’t live nearby, and I don’t know much about their selection as I was so focused on getting the one thing I needed, but I wanted to share my great experience with this local business!

Love Waggles! The staff is so friendly and helpful every time we go wash our Husky they offer to help with tips on how to keep her from shedding so much. Recently took our German shepherd puppy and husky and had a perfect wash experience! We go about once a month to wash and get nails done on both dogs.

Not only is the Staff A#1, they are extremely helpful! Very flexible with there scheduling for dog washes! Not to mention way faster in getting your loved dog back in your hands after a wash then "other dog wash places"I highly recommend using them!!
