I bought a backup filter the thrive semi- aquactic internal filter for our turtle. When I finally opened the box to put it in the tank it was missing all of the internal parts. When I called the store about it they said that there was nothing that they can do even though the box had never been open until last night and the external parts are still connected with with the zip ties and the instructions. I'm pretty sure it was a return and whomever was working decided not to check that everything that was there and in good condition. Instead, they decided just to toss it back on the shelf. Now I know to make sure to open anything I buy from this location before checking out.

I took my two 100# lab/golden pups in to get their nails trimmed and filed. This was my first visit and the staff talked me through the process, told me there was a short wait and then was extremely good with both of my dogs! They made this a stress free activity for all involved and I very much appreciate the care my dogs received here. I will use them again for sure.

I purchased a pair of pajamas at a Pet Smart six hours away. Surprisingly, it didn't fit. For once, it was too small.This store didn't have they style at all. They were able to take a return and were very nice through the whole process.I live about five hours away and usually stop when I pass through. Everyone is always nice when I stop in.

This store has minimal staff, doesn't have half of the items I need in stock when I go to the store. You can try to order something from here online & it will tell you it's out of stock but it is probably really in the store. The staff was nice even though they were being ran ragged because there was no other employees checking people out or doing the curbside pick up. I was initially there for a curbside pickup order but when the staff didn't bring my item out within 30 minutes of me being in the parking lot waiting, I had to get my autistic child out of the car & bring him into the store even though it was not what I needed at the moment.

Not enough staff and ones there completely ignore you. Daughter wanted fish. We stood by tank for 15 min girl walking all around us never 1 time ask if needed help. I had to stop her and say we'd like some fish please. She acted as if it was a total inconvenience.And this isn't first time this has happened here.

Before driving all over town on a Sunday, I called PetSmart in North Wilkesboro to ask if they have an ophthalmic antibiotic for cats..the person I spoke with obviously has no clue what professionalism or good customer service means. The attitude and impatience I received in response " I don't have time,I'm too busy on a register, you can look online" was completely unacceptable. There are more professional ways to handle someone calling and asking a simple question. Being an employee, you would have a basic knowledge of stock and have easy access to checking..I'll take my business elsewhere that cares enough about their customers to be more professional and respectful.

It's really hard for me to rate, the people are great, but this store continues not to carry the brand product that works for my Dog, and this time there is no place on the shelf for it at all.... So again today, I just ordered what I needed from Amazon. I know the staff at Pet smart is great, it's nothing against them at all!

Love to get crickets for my lizard here, and both of my wonderful kitties I got here, the staff is very sweet and will go above and beyond in service, my only complaint is that sometimes the fish and cats do not look very healthy, one of my cats, Gaia, who we got here turned out to be very sick and ended up having to get her eye removed, im sad that she did not get checked out here

Amazing store, awesome PETSMART associates which always makes me & sometimes my dog Titus & I super welcome. Store is always very clean & if u purchase a product & I or pet isn't satisfied with the product or it doesn't fit your pet, like collars, leashes, habitats, etc., Petsmart gladly allows you to return the product w/reciept of course for $ back or like I usually do, exchange the product & Petsmart online HAS IT ALL W/AMAZING DEALS & DISCOUNTS! PETSMART is the only store I use for my dog, cats, fish & gerbils!!!

Very clean store. Way to go Management and staff. Seems most everyone there is super nice except for this one guy that works there. The past couple of times I've been there he's been rude. He has acted like he dont want to be there, or he's upet about something. Other than that it's a great store.
