Bathroom was not very clean and there was no toilet paper, also if you flush the toilet it is VERY loud. Be warned. Other than that I really like this dollar tree and they have lots of nice items.

The store is totally trashed. The employees do not seem to care. They also are not willing to help you find anything. Attached is a picture. The whole store looks like this. Find another Dollar Tree.

The place is so nasty! The bathroom was so bad I couldn’t use it, it has toilet paper all over the floor a spoon on the sink used for who knows what. It was an absolute disgrace! The shelves and floor through the store were absolutely disgusting! I can’t believe they have let it get so bad the way the store is looking I’m surprised their even able to pass an inspection much less be open!

I've been here many times before and thought the place was dirty. Now, it has reach filthy. There is glitter everywhere, gets on everything, there are massive stains on the floor (carpet), several lights are out, and the aisles are always full of product to be stocked. The overstock is in the way of wheelchairs or just two people trying to get by each other. I hope corporate sees this and decides to step in for a refresher. Great store, just clean it up.

This is the worst company to work for after we got the wrong district manager named Angela. I was with the company for 4 years the first year I loved it after meeting the new dm angela it was being used and very disrespected and very unprofessional she has no people skills. I hate it for the employees still there because no one should treat no one like that women, non the less someone in management. I hope things get better for district 332

I really enjoy going to the Dollar Tree in Wilkesboro, NC, but I do not like the fact our store does not carry a lot of the items that other Dollar Tree stores carry. Such as you can never find make-up organizers or the lazy susan's. As well as a lot of the crafting items that others seem to always carry.

If this store didn't always look like a cyclone just hit it, I would be amazed. Most of the employees act like they really do not want to be there. At least they are wearing masks now for a change.

Cheap prices...but as someone that knows former employees and a weekly customer, I have learned that this STORE practices terrible treatment of the employees. From forcing them to sign a waiver of their rights as the Labor Boards guidelines demand by law. Also being made to sign a waiver of the employees right to report to the Labor board or even seeking legal aid against improper treatment against employees.The WILKESBORO STORE also currently refuses to repair it's broken Air conditioning until as quoted by management, "When enough customers call in to complain about it. During my last visit, temperatures outside were over 95 degrees and inside upper 80s. Employees were clearly overheated, one looking as if she would faint...with sweat literally drenching her clothes.The local community needs to make an effort to demand this DOLLAR TREE location to uphold to what are basic proper ethical treatment of it's employees.Bring in a management staff with experience in actually managing a store by the standards expected in the U.S. and not a 2nd world sweat shop.

Everything is a dollar. I like this store because if you can find something you can use, it's $1 and you know that's reasonable. It's hard to find anything for $1 in any store besides this one.
