You know, the Wilkes Big Lots isn't bad at all. It is filled the the typical variety of items and the employees are friendly. I last visited a few days before Christmas and there were some empty shelves. That's always kind of off-putting, but not a big deal. The one problem I have is with the parking lot. It looks like Hellen Keller painted the parking space lines! There are lines everywhere! As a result, people park all over the place in weirdo angles.

Sales associate in home furnishings greeted me first and asked could he help me? Asked was I looking for a particular item? Courteous young man. Cashier lady asked was I a member and thanked me for my purchase. Pleasant experience. Thank You

I don’t ever leave reviews but I have to give a HUGE shoutout to “Matt” in the furniture dept! We purchased an electric fireplace a month ago. Hadn’t turned it on as it’s been warm, but last night we decided to turn it on as it was a little chilly. It wouldn’t turn on. We had no luck with the manufacturer so we called Big Lots and spoke to Matt in furniture. He told us if we will bring our fireplace unit back he would change out the unit on display with our unit. We didn’t have to take the whole fireplace back as it was very heavy! Big Lots is very fortunate to have him as an employee!! Thank you so much Matt!

Cashier welcomed us as we entered the store, helped us locate the products we were looking for. When we checked out she asked if we had a discount card and offered us the opportunity to get one. The store was clean and well stocked, would definitely visit again.

Big Lots has really nice bed linens & kitchen wares.They have decent prices on food items & household cleaning items too.I like the garden items they sale also.Overall a pretty good place to shop.

Still amazed at this store. Very well stocked; staff extremely helpful. It's always clean and tidy. I've been into numerous Big Lots and this wasn't the case.

I like this particular store b/c the clerks are personal & caring. I was surprised when I sat on a sofa to take a cell phone call to have several diff clerks at several diff times ask me if I was okay solely due to a customer having breathing issues several months before. That kind of caring is highly unusual. The store is always spotless w/delightful dried foods & snacks from other countries. The cashiers were quick & when I asked where something was, the clerk took me right to it.

Big Lots I often forget about ya, but I often find what I need and then a few things I didn't know I wanted. Too bad you are often hidden in the cut, out of sight. I like the Halloween toys (I don't need) and will be back. This store is neat and organized. Prices are good and a lot of interesting finds.

I live in the Raleigh area and I have been to a lot of Big Lots, but this store was immaculate. The shelves were stocked and nicely presented and the customer service was wonderful. Keep up the good work!!! ;)

Love all the low prices on such good items, from pet food and accessories to home furniture. They have everything, and most of all I love the all the perfume they carry, even though its not name brand it all smells very close to being name brand.

It's a Big Lots store, what can I tell you other than that. The usual variety of things but they have a large variety of things as well. They even have a frozen food section which I have never seen in a Big Lots store before. Very convenient and easy parking as well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. the products are always neatly placed on the shelves, however. rearrangement of the isles and relocation of most inventory in the store is very confusing, after shopping here for years it makes shopping a hassle to find something
