Took advantage of Verizon iPhone upgrade program. Unfortunately after trading my phone in and mailing it to Verizon they still charged me the full price of the balance owed. After much explanation I was informed that the balance does not get paid off but I get a credit of $11/month over 36 months. Their offers are very misleading in my opinion and I would not be surprised if they didn’t get another class action lawsuit.

Yesterday I go into Verizon wasn't even greeted by the young girl inside . I asked her about the promotion about trading in an iPhone in ANY CONDITION. Apparently this is false advertisement cause it has to be working to get that promotion where does that say that in the commercial. Any way she tried to explain it to me like I was the stupidest person on the planet . Well ERICA you need to learn patience and customer service. This young girl has an attitude problem so basically ERICA you lost a sale went down to Verizon in burlington nc glidwell rd and I explained to them what happened hmmm this Verizon store honored the promotion got a new IPhone 15 plus got my billed lowered .If your going to hire incompetent people then shame on you Verizon at stoney creek

Nick is the best one there. He is honest and trustworthy. He makes sure he does everything you need before you walk out the door. And he helps with things you didn't know you needed but you did. He takes time to explain everything you need. I always like to see Nick at Verizon because I'm in good hands. If it wasn't for Nick I would switch to another carrier. I've been with Verizon for years. He is always pleasant and respectful.

The nicest gentleman worked on my cell phone for 45 minutes trying to unlock it... I was told by Samsung the only option was a factory reset.. I was beside myself at the thought of losing all of my pictures and contacts. One more guess at the password. Voila! Success! The gentleman got into my phone and removed the lock. He then explained how to back up my pictures and contacts. I appreciate his knowledge and patience. I've dealt with this verizon store before and recommend them highly...

I was at the store in Whittset 10 after 10 waited around almost a hr said opens at 10am called Russell Cellular said sales person was scheduled to be there so went back it was fixed 10 minutes later.Said was hiring on window clock on the window should said when there gonna open at 10 maybe they should say 11.00 and not have to wait.So many places are closings down good help is hard to fine. I'm thankful they open.

I went in on this past Saturday afternoon and spoke with Nick, whom has helped me numerous times before. He asked how he could help me and I told him I wanted to upgrade to the S20, and from there he explained what the difference between the S20+ and S20 Ultra was. Ended up getting the Ultra and trading in my S9+. I was in and out within an hour. While I was waiting for my phone to transfer everything over to the new phone, Nick helped out a few other clients not skipping a beat and being so professional with everyone. He's an amazing employee and a good reason I continue to use Russle Cellular instead of going to an actual Verizon Store.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Treated us poorly and made it out like we messed up the phone. Instead of trying to help us, they said we had to call customer service, which we did and sat on hold for over an hour. We went to another Verizon store, they were extremely helpful and fixed the issue in a few minutes, and said the other store should’ve been able to fix it easily as well! Will not go back to this store again

Was able to get in and out with a new phone easily with friendly staff. There was no appointment needed. I live in Elon and I think people near Burlington don't know about this place which is in the Food Lion plaza in Whitsett off the highway. Super convenient.

Nick at Russell Verizon always does a fabulous job helping me or my daughter out with anything!! Started having trouble with my older phone on a Friday night, I txted him, asked if he’d be there the next day, he said yes!! I went in on Saturday, and in no time he had my new phone up and running... accessories on and ready to go!! He is always on top of everything if I have any questions or issues, and that’s why .... he’s not the closest Verizon dealer near me , but I’ll drive a little further cuz I know he’ll take care of my Verizon needs!! He really is THE BEST!!!

I was treated terribly at this location. Needed help getting my new phone turned on. Owner looks at me and says "well what did you do to it?" In a condescending tone. His employee was obviously immediately embarrassed by this and quickly explained i was issued a bad sd card from Verizon. Long story short, owner of location is VERY RUDE. I've been in there twice, shame on me for giving him a second chance, and BOTH times I was treated awful. Also a dog (friendly) in the store allowed to jump up on children and knock them over.

This store employees the most dedicated staff for customer service and satisfaction I have ever witnessed. Every time i visit this store, they take time to ensure I fully understand my new phones options and they even helped me lower my monthly bill! If you want TOTAL satisfaction, GO TO THIS STORE! There is a reason why the store name has "premium" within it.

There is one guy that I always go to that is super nice. Most of the time, if it's a small problem, he won't charge to fix your phone. Great service.

Went to store Tuesday Brandon help me out it was wonderful very professional very helpful I had bought me a new phone,took it home and messed with it, then I hit the wrong button, had to go back and get Brandon to get him to fix it. I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. We are a business with many lines, and sometimes an employee will have a problem or need a replacement. All I have to do is call and they will resolve the problem or deliver a new phone same day! Can't beat that for service.
