Please see before after of living and dining area. I don’t have any before pictures of the bathroom or bathroom but same flooring was in the bedroom as the living area was.

The team at Hardwoods Unlimited were amazing from the start. When I couldn’t find exactly the match I needed a rep was able to find it. The timeline from ordering to installation was very quick. The installers could have not been more professional. They did a phenomenal installation. Would highly recommend!

It was a great experience working with Hardwoods Unlimited. Jeff and his crew was very professional through out the whole process of remodelng our master bathroom. They where always on time, cleaned up after each task and made sure every thing was okay with us before they left.I would highly recommend them for any house remodeling. 👍🏾Can't wait for them to remodel our master bedroom closet.😊

Madison at Hardwoods Unlimited suggested using the same wood with a different finish and color - Red Oak in a cedar finish - for a small bedroom makeover. She also suggested having it installed diagonally for that ‘new’ look. She was spot on and the floor is gorgeous. She was so efficient and kept me apprised of delivery and installation every step of the way. Wilmer and Alberto, the installers were on time, careful, efficient and tidy. Great service and a great choice.

I went to Hardwoods Unlimited without any prior knowledge of their products. I had a bad experience in another company and was looking for quality wood to place on an area of my home that I was renovating.The personnel at Hardwoods Unlimited were personable and knowledgeable. They explained in detail all the possibilities. I bought the red oak select, premium wood which was excellent in quality! They were very accommodating!They delivered it the following day, I highly recommend this company for any hardwoods you may need. The select is the finest…and the price is right. HM

We updated several carpeted rooms to match the adjacent rooms hardwood and LVP flooring we had, and replaced stairway carpeting. Madison and the other Hardwoods Unlimited team members did a great job matching up what we needed. Pricing was very reasonable. Communications and installations were great throughout the process. We are very happy with all the the work done. I highly recommend Hardwoods Unlimited!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will not use them again. Madison shows no care or concern for a customer who had to drive an hour round trip for a mistake they made.

Hardwoods Unlimited is a great company to work. Madison was the first person we had telephone contact with. She helped us picking out flooring and carpet runner on stairs. She was exemplary in scheduling the different appointment times for installing floors, stair treads and sanding, staining, and installing carpet runner on stairs.The crew installing the floors did an excellentinstallation.The crew installing the stairs treads were good.The guys staining the stairs treads were amazing. The covered the staircase in plastic as well as covering my painting on the wall. They contained as much dust in that area as possible. The staining was absolutely gorgeous. I didn't need as carpet stain runner the stain looked so good. The carpet needed to be there for cushioning any falls. Ouch!!The runner is being installed today. I cannot say enough positive things about Hardwoods Unlimited! I'm a general contractor and have many calls for wood floor installation and refinishing. When it came to refinishing our reclaimed heart pine floors I just didn't think that my "go to guy"was up for the task. Arthur and the guys at Hardwoods Unlimited had helped us on a couple of specialty flooring projects in the past so I gave him a call.We have some wide plank heart pine floors in the front room that were face nailed. This was in keeping with the time period that our home was built. I noticed that prior to sanding the guys had set the nails below the surface of floor. When I returned the next morning after the first coat had been applied, there were white dots all over the floor where there were previously nail heads! Since we were finishing the floors a natural finish, this was definitely NOT going to work! Needless to say, I went into panic mode! I called Arthur immediately and described what had happened. He said not to worry, Raul would meet me the next morning and fix it.When Raul walked in the fist thing out of his mouth was "this is no good". He spent about 45 minutes working his magic and the filled nail holes disappeared! I mean this literally.Those floors as well as some white oak floors turned out beautifully!!! I guess I know who my "go to guy" will be in the future!Hardwoods Unlimited is a little more expensive than a lot of the other companies around, but they are worth every penny of it!

Arthur is a nice guy, they got the job done reasonably quick. The floors looked nice but my ALL the baseboards and doors which are stained, were scared and dented There is one door casing and door with a dent and scratches 5 feet high from the floor!!!!. 5 feet high from the floor!!!!!! I bought a stain pen to try to cover some of the visual mess but that can’t fix dents.If you don’t mind your stained baseboards and doors getting messed up, then you’ll be happy with the hardwood floors

Got hardwoods in our living room and hallway. They did a fantastic job on the floors. We went out of town while the job was completed. Returned home to find the job completed and our house was just as clean as we left it. They completed everything on time as they had told us before the job. The floors looked absolutely great. They did our foyer about a year ago and they also did a great job. Highly recommend them for your projects.

I called around and ended up having them do a single room as a trial. How about, they did almost my whole house and I have gotten so many compliments as a result. Others thought I wasn't serious but, they took the time and treated me professionally. Not sure about the bad reviews but, they seem older and I have no complaints about them at all. I had most of the downstairs done in vinyl except the kitchen, bathroom, mudroom and gym (they did carpet in the gym while the rest was still decent) and all of the upstairs carpet replaced. Highly recommend, they went above and beyond with some minor things as well, kudos!!!

Perfection for the 2nd time! We had hdwds installed in our home years ago while under construction by Hardwoods Unlimited. After quite a bit of wear and tear (on our part - kids/pets/furniture) we asked them to come and sand/re-stain our existing flooring again and then also decided to add new hdwd flooring in additional rooms. Not only did they get in and knock the job out quickly for us but the stain matched perfectly and our floors in our home are beautiful and "like new" again! They also replaced some worn carpeting in our home. That was also a perfect job! Wonderful company to work with and a perfect job completed here! Thanks so much!

Unfortunately I cannot speak to anything about this company because we were never afforded the courtesy of being addressed when we entered their showroom. We were sent to the showroom by the gentleman who was installing the carpet in our newly constructed home. We were interested in having the vinyl flooring that the builder installed replaced with hardwoods. We entered the showroom and the lady sitting in the back didn’t speak or ask how she could help. Even the man who walked out to stand by the counter said nothing. Even we decided to leave, they said NOTHING! I guess they are fortunate enough not to need the business of walk in customers.

Visit 1 in showroom : great, made appointment with floor specialist and fireplace person. Appointment gets rescheduled one hour and a half before time.Next appointment floor person shows up by himself, said he’ll take measurements for fireplace. Then looks at fireplace and states : I need to come back with fireplace specialist but promises me a quote for floors within 2 days. After a week I had to call after them for my quote only to learn that someone else needs to come out and measure floors again, because of our thresholds. (??) Nobody knows anything about appointment with fireplace specialist. Finally get another appointment with floor person, he shows up, measures and promises quote in 3-4 days. Again- nothing. And to top it all of- fireplace guy did not show up for his appointment. I wish people would just tell you if they don’t need your job instead of wasting time.

Arthur Chrismon and his crew came to my house and restored the hardwood floors is several rooms , pulled carpert in several other rooms and put down new hardwood floors , I would have to say the project turned out better than new and i would highly recomend them for any projects you may have , very happy customer !! I’ve used this company at least 3 times in the past, and been perfectly happy. This time, I entered the showroom and was cheerfully greeted by an employee who then refused to put on a mask when I asked her to. I am using another company to completely refloor my 3000 square-foot house. I have grave concerns about the business practices of a company that won’t put on 4 inches of cloth to maintain the safety of their customers.

Arthur, the owner of Hardwoods Unlimited, does not stand behind his word orhis work. Steer clear of this company. They poorly installed my white oak floorsand after acknowledging there was a problem, and agreeing to fix it, Arthurnever returned messages ... after 12 attempts.

Called to get quote, scheduled an appointment. He showed up with a tape measure and rambled around and said they would have the quote in a few days. Over a month later, no quote and when I call they have no answers. This company is a waste of time.
