Pharmacy here is always quick and the people who work here are helpful. This CVS is not nearly as busy as other pharmacies which is great for getting in and out. Highly recommend this CVS.

The worst service. Today makes twice I have been sent a text message that my script is ready only to get there in person to pick it up and be told they don’t have it in stock. This gets better. Today I was told my script was no longer manufactured so I called my dr. She would know if a medication was no longer on the shelves. My dr office calls them only to find out that they still have the generic version. Seriously?? Why couldn’t they have said that?? The last time there was a shortage of one of my meds, they didn’t bother to tell me. It is a medication I take daily and can’t get it filled early. I asked if another cvs pharmacy had it and if they could check. Apparently too much work for the girl “helping” me. Lazy, not helpful staff. Don’t even get me started on the drive thru wait time. I literally waited behind 5 cars that did not move for 20 minutes straight. No exaggeration. I gave up on their drive through last year only to deal with the folks inside. UGH!! Not sure what happened because in the 4 years I’ve lived nearby, I have not had any issues until the last 6 months. So sad. CVS, do better.

I want to say I had exceptional service with the pharmacist today - I was having insurance issues and he came up with a solution and when I picked up my medicine he recognized my voice and was friendly and kind my 10 year old daughter said mommy he is so nice - great customer service

Day 1: wife drops off scriptDay 2: wife goes to pickup script. Prescription is missing and one miss filled. “Floater “ RPH says come back tomorrow cause she’s not fixing the error.Day3: script still not filled. Rph on duty finds script. Asked everyone why didn’t we take care of this yesterday script filled in less than 5 mins.Why couldn’t this been done in day 2!
