Brandy is the person at checkout that also greeted me with the biggest smile when entering the store. What made this even more enjoyable was the timing. It was the evening before Thanksgiving Day when most employees want to be home. It was the Best customer service I’ve gotten. Amazing! Thanks Brandy.You did your job beyond expectations,Barbara .

What is supposed to be a convenience for those of us who live in Whitsett is instead an active annoyance. Don’t even bother with this CVS - just pretend it isn’t here and go to the location on University, where they’ll direct you anyway if you need the following that they advertise:1. A passport photo (their camera is broken)2. A timely UPS pick-up (mine sat for 4 days before they handed it over)3. Any trace of intelligence or urgency beyond the pharmacy.4. Reliability of any sort.Pharmacy is fine, though the communication between the app and store is sometimes unreliable, so call ahead.

I'm unsure why your hours state you open at 8:00am and when I get there Saturday at 8:18, the drive-thru is closed. On top of that, this CVS looks run down and the signs are so faded that you can't read them. When I pulled up to the window, that's where I saw the sign that stated you open at 8:00. I don't get it.So now I'm getting texts about picking up my RX when I tried to do that Saturday.BUT I use this CVS because it's close and Aaron is awesome!

The drive-through time is absolutely horrible. Generally, about 45 minutes. Inside at the pharmacy is not much better.

I've been going to this CVS for the last 7 years and haven't ever had a bad experience. Every time I'm here, I consistently see customers being SO rude to staff, especially in the pharmacy. I don't know how they're able to hold their tongue and keep good attitudes, but they do. Huge props. CVS customers, please do better 🙄

I would give this absolutely 0 stars if I could. I took my daughter to cvs to get the covid test & her appointment was at 2:50, we get there at 2:40 & wait in line for 40 minutes only having 2 cars be helped & gone, so I call & speak to a guy in the pharmacy and ask if my daughters appointment was going to be cancelled due to the line not moving at all. He says no, but after the call they took care of the person that had been sitting at the window all this time. Finally, one car left in front of me awaiting to be helped. This has always been the pharmacy I have used since 2014 but they have gone down hill tremendously between somehow my insurance info constantly being deleted out of their system to now sitting in a drive line for 53 minutes. Now whether or not it is the employees or the people in the line that just don’t get basic instructions & able to keep things moving is to be determined. The lady helping was nice so not trashing her or any employees, just the system.

This place is mad expensive now. I can't believe people actually spend money here compared to other places now. Lower your prices... I'm surprised they still open.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 3 years, including all of my family. It has been rough and the wait times have honestly tripled but I can’t help but feel for the employees that work there, honestly do not know how they are doing it. I usually go through the drive-thru and now the lines are all the way out to the street. Seriously, I don’t understand why CVS is adding Covid testing and Covid shots and boosters and not amp up their staffing. Maybe if the review below me Kristina Hall had a brain cell, she would realize that the staff is trying their best. They all work very hard. Thank you to all of them, and I would continue to be a KIND HUMAN BEING to them them because THEY ARE HUMAN. And if anyone has a problem take it up with corporate or switch to a different pharmacy.

CVS has lots of items to sell. It has a pharmacy in the back slots of brands. Often finding where things are required talking to an employee. CVS has many specials and their pricing policies can be confusing and requires attention to detail.

Hope my experience will help someone else. Doctor sent in an update to one of my medicines increasing the amount I take. Went to drive-thru today to pick up medicine. After I had paid looked at the prescription and was the wrong milligrams. Told cashier that doctor had changed-she checked and they had the new prescription in the system but evidently didn't bother to check before refilling. Was told they were really busy so I would have to come back to pick up the Correct Prescription. Was told perhaps 2 hours but definitely today. Almost 4 hours later nothing. No one apologized for their error or attempted to correct it while I was there. No assurance that they would check to see how it happened or that any attempt would be made to make sure that it did not happen again. If you do use this pharmacy please be sure to check your prescription.

This CVS does not even deserve a 1 star.They are extremely disorganized. You drop off a waiting medication and they never call your name. They are rude and act all embarrassed when you call them on it.I would avoid this CVS at all costs.Miserable service, uncaring people.STAY AWAY. BAD SERVICE.....

The people are very helpful but i have been treated terribly by A. GRAHAM a floating pharmacist. She closed early the night before the blizzard. She was still on the clock refused to give my prescription. Told me to go to cvs on church street. They couldn't cGive them to and she knew. She was just being nasty. I then had to drive through the blizzard Sunday morning so i could get my prescriptions. The pharmacist on church st said she was wrong and should not have closed early and she should have given to me as they should not be interrupted

Literally the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever used. Ever since Midtown closed, I’ve had to go here. They don’t care, your a number to them and I’ve had it. Going to switch everything to Burlington and drive the 20 minutes. It will still be quicker than this place. Don’t go here!!! Go somewhere where they actually want your business.

Spoke with the pharmacist named Jennifer and had questions about my meds. She was rude and acted like I was bothering her. Then she just hung up on me in the middle of one of my questions. Just don’t understand why folks are allowed to act like that. Very disappointing

I’d give a zero to the pharmacy. After Midtown Pharmacy closed and prescriptions were automatically moved to this CVS...I had them transferred to Walgreens! It’s too bad since it’s across the street from me. Convenience doesn’t trump quality service and efficiency.

I was a bit confused as to whether this was a rapid or lab testing CVS but the Pharm Tech was really nice. Dont know her name but she was at the window on1/16/21 at 12:00pm. Sorry I was frustrated but thanks. I would go here again if I lived near

Love this CVS I am here every month and as soon as I walk in I get a( Welcome to CVS ! ) pharmacy knows me by name and always go the extra step to make me feel welcome
