What a horrible experience at this location. Yes it’s midnight but at least do your job and try to be polite about it . The lady that work this evening was absolutely horrible. I will definitely be in contact with the store manager and higher corporate management because that was completely unacceptable and such a terrible customer service experience especially since circle k is my favorite gas station. I’ve seen the brand standards and tonight none of that was shown.

Bathroom was very dirty, smelled bad and to top it off there was no soap to even wash your hands. Based on some previous reviews looks like they keep it like this on the daily.

Great store....always clean and Patricia and Sheba are always pleasant......The food is always fresh and good. I drive from Charlotte to Raleigh 3 to 4 times a week and this is the only place I will stop for my polar pop....Great job ya'll!!!!

You would think that they would get it figured out. I don’t understand… if something is advertised for a special why don’t you either 1) take it down or 2) honor it. I have never had as many issues about receiving the discount on products more than this store. Extremely standoff ish and was looking for a fight with me. I still did not get an explanation that made any sense from the manager.

This is not Circle K, it's Circle of Pee, as they had only the men's bathroom open, and it smelled worse than Marta Five points train station, and I found this out after having to go and trying not to wretch while I was making water!

Store clerk working 6/9 night shift refused to sell lottery tickets also was unaware of products he sells at store. I come here often and never had any issues. If a worker is refusing to do part of his job because it actually requires them to work they shouldn’t be there. Ever since the self checkout has been installed might clerks refuse to handle any purchases with cash and will direct 6 people to use the one check out device instead of checking customers out themselves

This used to be my go-to store but I moved downtown and so I have had to change my regular "go-to". Kind of sad that i had to. One time they didn't have the candy I wanted and the assistant manager ordered a whole box for me .. they came in so I bought the whole box ... as if on the shelves. They are on now on my best stores list that I will forever remember!!!

Even though there was a clear sign that says 2 for $5 the store wants to charge 2 for $6 false advertising is OK here I guess. So no I will not buy anything from the store. Don't scam the customer and when you get caught atleast do a price adjustment to match the advertised price. What else are they charging extra on?

I'm here everyday. The manager Jennie is horrible. Apparently me asking why they put out expired breakfast food wasn't ok l, and she thought it was professional to scream at me about, telling me to just take them. I didn't btw.Jennie, your customer service is terrible. Please work on this.Also, pick up the trash outside. It's always the dirtiest parking lot in town, and be careful at night! Sketch balls like to hang out there

Thank goodness this Circle K gas station is an alternative to the disgusting BP across the street! (The BP is one of the worst gas Stations I've ever encountered. It's unsanitary! Very dirty, sticky, and crowded.) What a relief! 2 clean restrooms, orderly goings-on and tidy store! Thank you for caring about your patrons!

Extremely rude. The guy behind the counter assumed I didn’t have money on my card before I even started the transaction. “Don’t believe it until it says approved.” Dude, I definitely have WAY more money than you do in my bank account. I hate that I live so close to here…I’ll use the gas station across the street from now on. Horrible experience.

advertises hot food and when I went in for a quick grab there wasn't a single item on the food rack...incredibly disappointing and infuriating. if you don't have whats not advertised then MAYBE you should take down the signs and GET WITH THE TIMES. never coming to this store again.

Went in to grab some hot and fresh food ! Advertised in and out of the store . Worst idea ever . There was no food !! literally the only thing available was nachos . I waited 35 min for a Hotdog . Even after waiting, they found out they had no buns or condiments !! They shouldn't sell food, only gas.I will not be back . Go to the BP across the street , such a waste of time

I stopped at this gas station on the way home from Tennessee on Labor Day 2012. Filled up the bike and 15 miles later I was broken down on the side of I-40 in the pouring rain and stop and go traffic.Once I got home and the bike was towed back, we figured out it was a tank full of bad gas. You should have seen the crap coming out of the tank.Contacted the station and subsequently the corporate office only to be told they wouldn't do anything for me.This station is off Exit 135 - I hope everyone will avoid from now on, like I most certainly will.

Had an issue with my card as it was charged multiple times for the same transaction. The associate said she couldn't do anything about it and to call back later. Unacceptable.

Use to be a great store so clean and friendly but last couple of months it has gone down hill last night every trash can on the lot was overflowing trash on the ground and the inside was disgusting the hotdogs looked like they had been sitting for hours!
