Went into Food Lion between 3:50 and 3:57. Went to the cashier and she was rude. She acted like I was bothering her for checking out. When she handed me my receipt, her reply was here you go... I'll definitely stick to the food lion near tractor supply. Love to hear from a manager or owner.

Prices!! Customer service is 100% safe!! And Secure Surrounding I 💕 shopping there. One thing cac you get one of those scales that tells the price when one weighs bananas and other lb. Items I and I'm sure other customers have trouble calculating by phone. Thanks So Much . George Vereen

Adequate selection of merchandise for our area. Not too much in the way of fresh deli options. Good beer/wine selection and a neat idea with the pick your own 6 pack! Always has enough staff to provide quick checkout.Currently following all COVID-19 guidelines as per local orders.

This is my local grocery store and with the exception of then trying to push you to the self-chechout, it's just fine. Confused what happened to Merita bread, but it can't be found anywhere any longer.

Well....you guys know by now that I give honest reviews...so here goes another one... this place is usually just as good as any other food lion, but today there were some young guys doing a little too much talking and not enough checking customers out. One lady wich was a nurse judging by her scrubs walked out because this seems to be an issue that Noone is doing anything about. It was around "just getting off work o'clock let's go pick up dinner" time and they were talking wayy too much. I almost walked out as well but I had no food at the house. I think management who was right in front should say something to them about maybe cutting up less while customers are trying to get home and cook for their families. Cut up after you ring us up.

Had what I needed and I actually went through a human operated cash register and the lady was very nice and conversed with me and my 6 yr old instead of ignoring us. I say great job.

This is one of the best Food Lions around our area. They keep it stocked fairly well during this COVID situation. It's really clean and well run. Great bunch of employees. Fast, friendly checkout service. Competitive prices.

Always clean, employees always helpful and polite. They are just very short on staff to stock shelves. Been out of the Chewy Candy Nerds, box and bag for over a month, shortage problem? Staffing issue? My husband isn't happy without his candy.

I was not happy that I went out of my way to go there for the Labor Day sales only to find out they were not offering the same sales as other Food Lion stores in the area. How is that possible?

Good prices, good variety of foods that I eat, and the quality was good. 4 stars because there was not an abundance of some of the produce that I buy (i.e. kale). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I saved $9.00 using my MVP card.

To the lady who was working this night with the glasses and blonde hair thank you for refunding my cake that he threw and dropped 3TIMES I appreciate you for being so amazing and listening to me complain the cashier I had was just horrible and so was his customer service🤷🏽‍♀️ but best of luck to u and foodlion maybe he didn't mean to drop it that many times maybe he didbut my problem was fixed and I'm still leaving a review at least and the lady deserves a raise if anything.

Food Lion 99.9% always has what I need. Please order a more caffeine-free diet Pepsi. Thank you. Very good customer service. A few of the kids could use a bit more manners. I understand they are tired. But nothing in the store will bring in customers than manners.

They had some out dated cold cuts in deli . I understand reduce but there was no tags . I didn't see until I got home

Food lion has great customer service. There's this one young lady named Samantha and she was awesome she has the biggest smile and I can tell that she love here job because here customer service was amazing..... she should be the manager

Great prices with the MVP card. I save money grocery shopping here over going to Walmart. They always have what I'm looking for, the store & bathrooms are clean, and the employees are helpful & friendly. Wonderful sales, too!

They always have the cleanest stores and best quality products at a competitive price. This is the grocery store I stop at when I’m visiting my grandmother at the nursing home right near it. I always pop in and grab her her favorite snacks. Very Clean, nice staff.

My forst time there. They had awesome crab cakes that were crispy on the outside with lots of lumps of meat. My friend had the chicken marsala, and that was on point as well. The steamed pot dish has a built-in burner to keep your crab legs steamy. Nice touch! Unfortunately, they were out of lobster tails. Overall, very good. Server had a great personality. I'd definitely recommend to friends.
