Update - we had our first grooming appointment and LOVED Dominique! Atlas gets very anxious at the groomer and she did a great job making him feel comfortable! You can tell she loves our fur babies. His fresh cut looks fantastic too!We enjoyed our first visit! Looking forward to trying their grooming services.

We love Woofgang Wendell! They always pay attention to detail and our dogs come out looking great every time! I love that the dogs don’t spend all day in the kennel and are usually ready in under 3 hours!

Wonderful! Superb! Excellent!Took my granddog there for the first time today. He hasn’t been a big fan of being groomed because of a previous bad experience at a different groomer. He would never let anyone touch his front paws because of the previous experience either. But, the groomer he had today was able to clip his back & front nails! I was SO impressed!! My granddog was so happy with I picked him up. You could tell he felt totally safe there. We will definitely go back!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!If I could give 100 stars I would!!!I HAD to buy him a toy from there because he did so well!!

We've been going to the Woof Gang in Wendell now for a few months and they always do a great job. One moment was particularly impressive. Their POS system failed to apply our $30 credit from booking our dog's grooming when we checked out. We were easily able to sort it out - but the next day, the owner had called (and left a voicemail) to extend a personal apology for the incident. That kind of conduct matters, and it's worth writing a great review for because it says a lot about how they care about getting customer service right. My wife and I are happy to have them in Wendell so close by!

We had a great experience as this was our first time here. Haley did a phenomenal job and was super sweet. Customer service was excellent. I also purchased some fresh treats that my dog loved. We will definitely be back. Thank you woof gang!

We are so happy with the entire process from booking, to appointment reminders, a fantastic hair cut, conveniently located, and a super fun retail experience! This location of Woof Gang is the best!!! They are compassionate professionals, providing efficient and friendly service, with competitive pricing and a great selection of products in the store!!! You have to check this place out!!! My pitbull is very pro-social but is anxious when it comes to grooming. She’s not a big fan of baths, water being sprayed on her, or nail trimming. From the minute we walked in the door, both my pup and I were immediately welcomed with a friendly hello! There were other customers already in the shop being served too. The staff at this location of Woof Gang makes it a point to welcome and provide exceptional customer service to each customer! The groomer was compassionate and patient as my pup adjusted to being in a new environment. She proactively checked with me about the type of shampoo planned any treats to offer that might make the experience better. After grooming, my pup was all smiles and her coat is so soft and shiny!! Fabulous work!!!!! Human or canine, this location of Woof Gang is the place you want to go! Thank you to the staff for making this such a positive experience! We will be back!

My dog is extremely anxious about getting his nails trimmed. I don't know why I waited so long to take him to a groomer... Ingrid was amazing! She was finished in ten minutes and he came out with his tail wagging. He enjoyed an iced dog cookie afterward, too! This place is amazing! Ingrid is a magician!

Our dog loves Woof Gang Bakery! They have high quality food for my senior dog at a good price, and it is so convenient to just run by and grab a bag while running errands. They have very cute holiday wear, as well as toys and gifts. They also have fun decadent treats and high quality healthy treats as well. Our dog is officially spoiled now :)
