I've seen beautiful work come out of this place, I've heard good things as well. This is why I chose to take my puppy here to be groomed. He yells a lot and can get pretty loud. I dropped him off for a 1:00 appointment and got a call at 1:24. When I was informed, they had done the best they could, and they were done. The job was severely incomplete. I've submitted photos if you care to see what they did and mostly what they didn't do. Look for photos of the blond and tan multipoo with a blue collar and harness, with the hach job. More patience and a little more time would have gone a long way. I would say if your dog is going to be a challenge because of noise, go somewhere else or do it yourself. I plan to.

I have been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Jamie knows exactly what I want done when I bring my dogs in and I never have to worry about my dogs getting anxious about going to the groomers because they love Jamie!

Groomer Ruth's is a great and affordable place to take your pet/pets,. From hair cuts, trimming their nails, baths and even flea baths, I have always been satisfied. I have been bring Trigger there for maybe 2-3 years. I have also walked in before with a kitten I found and Ruth offered to give him /her a free flea bath which was extremely kind of her. The only other place I have ever taken Trigger was the PetSmart groomer and they're much higher. I typically bring him in for the full service groom. The staff is friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a groomer in the Wendell area.

To the owner, the first time I brought my dog to your shop you grinded her nails without any problems she did not bite you or even gave you a hard time, now you want to insinuate that my dog did not like the sound or vibration, but the first time she did amazing!!! I also hope that you are not insinuating that my dog tried to bite she has never bit no one in her life, and she did not bite you the first time you groomed her and grinded her nails. Thank you for your so so service. I hope your staff does not treat your clientele the way I was treated, especially the ones that give a benefit of doubt and tip before the service is completed.

Love Ruth’s! I have a Giant Schnauzer so he requires a specific cut. Every time he goes they do an amazing job. Everyone is so friendly, clean, and my dog is actually excited to be there. And very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my toy poodle here for a year. I get him groomed every 6 weeks the ladies do an exceptional job on its him each time. When we pull up he actually starts jumping around in the car. I know when I drop him off he is in good hands.

We have a 2 year old medium golden doodle that’s a diabetic service sog for our son. We have been searching for the last year a groomer to call home. After our experience this morning we feel like we found that place finally. They were very welcoming and worked with us on a quicker pick up time, so she wouldn’t have to be away from our son for longer than needed. Not only did they have great customer service, but she looks wonderful too.

Easily the best dog groomer I've ever had. They take real good care of our giant 100 lab Buddy and have the best prices bar none. Even if you are located in the triangle. you would save a ton of money and have absolutely 5 star results. I'm very impressed with the staff and with their attention to detail and would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants their pet to look sharp. A+ all the way. Thanks for everything you guys do for our four legged friends!

Thank goodness I found Groomer Ruth. I have been a grooming student with Ruth for over a year now. Although I have worked in other shops. I wanted to further my knowledge of all aspects of grooming. Ruth has taught me so much about the best Breed trims as well as comfort of the pets while in her Salon. Her skill as a teacher and a groomer are amazing.

Leia, our 4.5-month-old Shih Tzu, got her very first haircut at Groomer Ruth's this week. We all love her new look!! She's still SO FLUFFY, and now nice and tidy ♡ Her little paws look like teddy bear feet - aww! They were very kind and patient with Leia. And, Jamie took the time to explain to me what the service included, talk about different fur-length styles for Leia, and gave me tips to keep her tangle-free at home! Leia is our first fluffy pupper, so I appreciate all the help. We are very pleased with our experience and look forward to seeing the fur stylists at Groomer Ruth's again!

Well, they have taken care of (grooming) our furr babies for over 10yrs now.
