Not helpful. The manager would not blown up a number 4 balloon for my kids birthday. I am amazed how ridiculous that was... Simply cause I did not buy balloon there and they did not have a 4 balloon. I offered to pay helium and even buy a ballon and just to fill up the number 4 ballon but she refused. I will never go in that store again!!

Theres a guy who has bad attitud he told us me and my doughter to pick up a bascket and it was not mine it was another person who live the basket and he told my doughter in a bad attitud to give him the basket he always have somethimg to say bad really bad and make my doughter feel bad with hes nasty attitude he needs to be nice to other people but he is rude with us every time we go there👎🤮🤢

Staff is nice with customers but conversationally with each other the amount of profanity is ridiculous. It was not just one or two words before realizing customers had entered the store it went on for the 30 minutes that we shopped to include yelling across the store.

The lady running the register at the Wendell store on Sunday night May 17, 2020 was literally having a fit and fussing out loud to customers. Customers coming in the store at 4:00 she was saying why don't these people stay home in quarantine . When you've not worked in 2 months due to the virus and can't make ends meet it is hard to here her complaining . I told her she didn't need to work with the public.

Horrible customer service,the manager there is very rude and very disrespectful. Tried calling someone above and just got machines. No wonder they treat the customers terrible. Do not recommend.
