They have been busy revamping the entire store for a while. This was our first time back and it was looks great. everything has been moved so that's weird but it's clean. My biggest issue is during the renovation they quit stocking a lot of my gluten free items. I assumed they just weren't since they renovating. Nope not the case, they made the section smaller and got rid of a ton of the items I purchase regularly. I'm extremely disappointed as my options are already small.

It's an ok store. There's friendly employees mixed in with miserable ones that aren't shy about letting it be known they're miserable when you say hello to them. They'll downright ignore you and continue on their way with a miserable expression on their face. Could definitely do without having some cashiers invading your personal space by standing over your shoulder at self checkout, staring at your every move to make sure you're not stealing any merchandise. If it's come to that then self checkouts should be removed completely.

Nice store, but staff was not very helpful. No one was able to point me in the correction direction. One was close, but no cigar; therefore, I had to spend more time than necessary in the store.

The grocery pickup experience once again, not good! Online order placed 24 hours in advance. Got there and AGAIN tried to sign in to the app saying I was there...no luck AND again tried calling the phone number that all the signs say to call if not checked in thru the app. Phone call was fast busy 1st 3 calls, finally left a voice mail that I think may be a general cell phone number...no Walmart greeting...nothing even suggesting what the purpose of the number I called was there for. Finally caught an employee...I'm sorry your order isn't ready, you can wait or reschedule the pickup!? Finally got my order over 45 minutes later than the order was to be ready. Not good AGAIN

It's bad enough that we have to check out our own stuff. But don't act like I'm bothering you when the machine keeps scanning my items twice and I need help. That's why we keep seeing people go bananas at Walmart. If you don't like your job, QUIT.

Still getting used to the new layout, but shelves were well stocked. Aisles were clean. I really like the new shopping carts as they are taller and encourage better posture. Employee at the self check out was quick to help with a bad scan, and she did so with a smile.

What a wonderful Walmart! Everything was super clean organized employees were interactive and friendly and helpful. Probably the best Walmart I've ever been in in my entire life and I've been to some Walmarts

I would give them negative one Stars if I could after the experience I had at 11:00 this morning.Walmart has the worst customer service in the retail industry. I went in to get pet supplies which are now behind a locked cabinet when I finally saw a employee he said I had to push the button to request help in that area, after standing there for 10 minutes waiting on someone to come help me I got agitated and pushed the button several more times and after another 5 to 7 Minutes of no one's coming to help I pushed my empty buggy back out and left. Went to Tractor Supply and got what I needed for less money and had three employees ask me if I needed any help before I made it to the back of the store to get my supplies.

I am not typically the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but this is getting ridiculous. The lack of available/working motor carts for disabled people to use is frankly awful, especially given that they have (unnecessarily) renovated literally every other aspect of the store. There have been multiple times I have brought my disabled/elderly mother to do her shopping and had to leave due to the lack of carts for her to comfortably use, given that she has issues with her mobility. When asked about two of them parked at the door, the employee just sort of shrugged and said "they don't work" and walked away. I completely understand this is beyond the average employees realm of responsibility, but maybe put in a work order or something?? The company spent all of that money on renovations and couldn't get more motor carts for their disabled customers? Okay. What good is a shiny new renovated store if it's not accessible to ALL customers?

I went to Walmart to solve a problem that I was having with a gift card the card company wanted me to go to Walmart store for them to scan card etc I was upset about the $60 on card that wasn't on there that numbers didn't match recipient and was talking to card company and staff on speaker phone and manager Matthew Caputi instead of seeing that he could help me he said that we got customers that needed waiting on and he pushed my buggy with my child in cart and saying you need to get out of the way of his customers and I was in shock and he got to close to me and I was a customer too he yelled at me and embarrassed me. And I will never ever go back in that store ever again locationWeaverville N.C.The Manager should be fired for his actions just my opinion

Hard to find help if needed and harder to actually get help when found...like the new checkout setup, dislike the self checkout process...but this walmart only ever had 2 to 4 registers open ever so that with the lack of help is the norm. Otherwise, it's your standard walmart: walk in for 20 bucks of laundry supplies, walk out with 200 bucks less and never knowing how or why đ

Not enough cashiers.You are basically forced to use self check out.Store has been remodeled and everything feels crowded.Employees are overworked and underpaid.Walmart needs a workers union although they will never let that happen.Sam Walton is turning over in his grave.Miss the old Walmart were you could get decent deals and better quality merchandise instead of China junk.

Large Wal Mart, but not one single cashier on staff ! Have vision problems, and was forced to use the self-checkout. No one to assist with that either. No staff available to run the store. Noted empty selves as well. Worse Wal Mart in Buncombe County.

Recently went through a remodel. I think everyone local was hopeful for some changes, but all that changed were some items rearranged and some departments rearranged. If youâre looking for something, this Walmart wonât have it. They will be out. If you get an online pickup, and arrive on time, your order will âbe delayed up to 2 hoursâ and alas will not be ready by end of the day. So you must reschedule it on a day and time that doesnât work for you. And yet, if you donât pick it up at the exact time theyâll cancel your order! If you apply for a job they wonât call back. Because the hr lady is selfish, stubborn and rude. Even though having workers doesnât affect her. It affects the whole rest of the team on the floor. She wonât hire you no matter how hard you try. If you have any questions to customer service such as help with a payment method theyâll just say âcanât help yaâ they donât even try to find out an answer. If you need to reload money on a cashapp or prepaid card, it wonât work. Nobody knows what theyâre doing. If you have a return within the appropriate amount of time, AND receipt and original packaging, they still wonât want to let you return it. I mean Iâve just never had so many horrible experiences with one store all within a matter of months. Not over the years. The most unfortunate thing is where else will you go? Asheville. Spruce pine? Very much out of the way. they know they donât have to make any changes because people HAVE to shop here anyways. Sad. Pathetic. Shameful. But what can you do except leave a bad review that does no good. I just donât know

The staff at the Weaverville WalMart would definitely benefit from some additional Customer Service training. As well as some more training on how to PROPERLY bag purchased items- for instance, bag similar items together, putting all refrigerated items in bags together, putting all frozen items in bags together, double bagging heavy items like 2 liters of soda, etc

They literally never stock certain areas of the store. I'll go back and look for something for weeks and they never have it. And they don't answer their phone, so I can't call ahead of time to see if I should drive out. And when I asked about it nobody ever knows anything.

If you want help don't come here. The customer service is terrible and is lacking. Had to go to another Walmart to get things straight. The lady in customer service was rude to me and told me to go to another Walmart but they want help me either but she was wrong. The other Walmart helped me get it straightened out.

Vonite or however you spell it the MOD never makes a mistake even if right in front of him a mistake he wont admit it and is nasty. How he thinks he will make Weaverville the first walmart in history to have a union ill never know but good luck to him!

Wow...A real super center with lots of selection...a bit difficult the navigate the parking lot...Be careful out there...Lots of mark downs...I will go back...VERY CLEAN...Nice staff.

My first and last time placing an online pick up. I got the message my order of 4 items was ready. Marked that I was on my way checked in on the app and waited for 20 min went into customer service to see if I can just get the stuff myself and was told âthey could not hand me my things â so I had to go outside and wait. Back to my parking spot I went and after another 10 min just left. What a disappointment!

Hard to get any help at all and you about have to ring all your items up for yourself with no training. Make a mistake and you can be sure it won't be labeled a mistake. Bring back the employees and let them do their jobs .

Never have any selection. Staff is hard to find. Even worse since remodel but it's close to my house so I go there in a hurry. Whenever I have time I go all the way to Bleachery Road Walmart to get what this one doesn't have.

Pulled in to pick up groceries in the pickup Lane and have been sitting here for over an hour and 15 minutes. Nobody in the store will answer the phone and I can't for the life of me figure out why they moved the pickup on the complete opposite side of the store from where the actual groceries are which makes their employees have to walk the entire width of the store just to get to the customers waiting for pickup. It's one of the dumbest things I think I've ever seen.
