They always have black oiled sunflower seeds in 40# bags, which is pretty much all I ever buy there. Staff and service is top notch and friendly too. Ample free parking. Located just off the freeway in Weaverville, NC.

Literally let in 2 off lead dogs🤦🏼‍♀️. Owner could not control them and was screaming at them. Tried to go up to everyone’s dog. Informed the manager about the dogs and she said she didn’t care and that people does it all the time.

Short staffed and the staff they did have were understandably stressed and rude as a result. The website indicated 67 packages of the item I needed, available for pick up but there were none to be found. Big waste of time. They seem to need better management.

Item was on an end cap display clearly showing a buy 1 get one 50% off promo. Correct sku and dates. Didn't ring up at the register and was just told that if it doesn't ring up it's not a promo. Unhelpful and systems don't match promos they have on end caps.

Drove 25 miles one way to the Weaverville NC store to get an item that was indicated on line was in stock with 3 on shelf at this store.Looked for it where customer service said to look and couldn't find it. Asked an associate working on stocking where it might be and he had no idea and said it might be somewhere else. We went there and it wsdnt there and asked another associate for help and explained that on line the store showed 3 of them were in stock and in store.He said the on line info is always wrong and hardley ever gets updated. 50 mile round trip for nothing.......False/wrong info on line combined with associates who don't know where anything is makes for a very bad experience....

Curbside Pickup needs its own designated parking spots or signs to indicate where to park. It was a hassle finding a parking place in the front and probably would’ve taken less time for me to go in and buy my items. Other than that, the store itself has improved drastically over the last year. Super friendly and helpful employees.

There's so many employees working and walking around. But not one of them is competent. They struggle to understand the computer system, now I'm the one contacting tractor supply customer service to chase down the $30 they owe me.

Great place for your outdoor, farm animal, dog and cat, clothing, tool needs and more. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth a visit! Great kids section too.

It's Tractor Supply, if you go in they probably have it. Shoes, boots, jeans, flannel shirts, auto parts, plants, yard equipment, pet supplies. Great store.

Asked a stock person where a certain name brand dog food was located he told me the next isle over. I looked for it and it wasn't there. I returned to him were he was stocking dog feed and told him it wasn't there. He said well they must have moved it. Real helpful professionals work at this store. I told him if they would quit changing the store every time they restock customers could find what they need to purchase.

Shopping: the customer service is either Great or meh - just depends on what you need and whose working.Cashiers are usually very friendly.Dog Wash - I was so excited when this opened cause the one I'd been going to in Asheville didn't reopen after covid. Went right after it opened and it was great. I've been about 5 times - the last 2 times i went the shampoo selection was very limited and all bottles were almost empty and the last time it needed some attention (like sweeping - especially in corners). For free shampoo I'm not really picky (i'd be fine with generic) , but it would be nice if there were a couple of choices and that those choices were always stocked so customers knew what to expect (For instance, maybe they would always stock bark 2 basics: puppy, sensitive skin, and one of the scented ones or whatever - as long as it was consistent and well stocked).

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is pleasant to walk through. As was checking out recently, an employee, Marcus, offered to bring and load heavy items into my car, which was greatly appreciated!Would have been five stars, but it is very frustrating that they never have many of the horse feeds advertised online for this particular store, and can’t even order them. Wish the website was more accurate! Also, closing at 5:00 makes it difficult for those of us who work to shop there!

The store it's self is great and the employees are great as well. But do NOT, ever buy baby chicks online from them .. they WILL arrive dead more than likely .. and the delivery people could care less. Leaving them outside of a closed post office when it's freezing out .

Terrific price online due to a sale. I did online ordering and choose to pick my order up at a local store. I didn't give 5 stars on this visit due to the fact that when I went to pick my order at the customer service desk I waited quite a long time. They only had 1 customer in front of me and that wait was over 15 minutes. That alone would not have been a big problem for me since it is near Christmas. However, they then made me go through the regular checkout line to have the security sensors taken off. There I waited an additional 20 minutes. I was on the store for almost 40 minutes to pick up 2 items. The employees were very nice and always have been.... but to have to wait that long was really ridiculous.

My dog got poison ivy on her inner ears and was running around like a headless chicken because of how she was suffering. When I called ahead, Mindy was kind enough to go check if they had the spray. She even had the product ready up front for me. This kind of service is not expected but certainly appreciated and definitely guarantees repeat customers. Thank you Mindy.

About twice a month I come to this location because of the convenience near the interstate. Well the past two visits I literally had to put away my purchases because of one register open and 15 or more customers waiting in line... Why can't management realize on Saturday us blue collar workers get up early to beat the crowds and out would be nice if there was more than 2 employees in the entire building... 👌👍🤷

We visited this store in Weaverville today. I am so appreciative of the employees working there today. At least five different employees asked if we were finding what we needed. One young man even went to the back to see if he could find the shepard hook we needed. We will definately be returning to this store in the future.

It is the details that count and those are both the bad ones and the good ones. Today I got both. Nicely greeted as I entered.(the good details)As I strolled shopping I inquired where car battery chargers would be. The clerk directed me (in words only)but he wass not sure that they had any.(the good details)Kind assistance but at the same time not sure of items in store? (the bad details)Later after looking for myself and found zero chargers, only jumpers.I was taking qts of oil from the higher shelf when the clerk walked up and asked if I needed any help. (the good details) I thanked him while it was the last qt. It was very nice for him to ask. He atually helped hold the door open in the garden locattion as I exited back into the main store. (the good details)At check out one item rang up at a higher price than what the price tag displayed with the item. It was the main reason I was buying them because of the price on the display. Not a big difference in money, but it was the miscommunication of important customer information. The tomato cages were priced $1.99 but the cashier charged $2.49 (the bad details)When I told her that the pric tag said $1.99 she said that the price was $2.49. (the bad details).The price displayed should have been given but was not. ( thats not right... bad details)What I also found interesting was this. I came to this Tractor supply for a weed eater that was on the floor yesterday. But sold while I waited. I drove to the Waynesville store where three of those weed eaters were on the shelf. I took one to the register in the Waynesville store and was charged a higher price than what was on display.Between the two stores I spent about $50.00 extra dollars for mispriced or items in the wrong shelf (as it was at the Waynesville location with the weed eater on the wrong hangers)So I guess the moral of the story is. While Tractor Supply has kind staff offering help yet some unsure of what is sold. I think corporate Tractor Supply needs to make sure inventory is priced correctly and that they (corporate) should honor displayed prices. Instead of false or misleading sales tactics. Sorry corporate I tell this like it is. Pay attention to DETAILS if you want totally GOOD reviews.My tip to shoppers... beware of price change right at the register because Tractor Supply will not always charge displayed prices. ////////////////////////////////// Just do better I'll give five stars next time (if details honor it)?

Standing in line at an empty customer service desk, which seems very fitting because customer service is for sure not here. Every team member either walks by or says they will get someone but after 15 mins still no help. I ordered online to make it easy but it is taking longer than if I waited in a line. Seems like customer service has called out for this company and judging from what I've seen customer service no longer works here!
