The prices are kind of jacked up even after you use the store discount cards. The selection is mostly geared towards unhealthy choices. The produce isn't very fresh. Ive had experiences here with with unfriendly staff. The sea food leaves a lot to be desired.

Very clean and neat location. Everything was easy to find and the store has a large selection of items. The collection of local and state beer and wines was great while traveling.

Always enjoy shopping at Ingles. Each store has a similar layout, so I can quickly find what I want. Prices are great with a membership card which it really pays to get, readily available the first time you go in. And it's also a delight to find a big bouquet of fresh flowers in the ladies room.

Every Friday my lovely husband brings me flowers. Every Friday I tell him to stop purchasing them from ingles. I have to throw away half the bouquet when putting them in a vase. If you want to sell dying flowers you shouldn't be charging 20 bucks.

They close early for floor maintenance randomly. I've been there three times now in the last 8 months where they have closed early for floor maintenance. I don't understand why they can't do floor maintenance after they close. It seems super silly to close a GROCERY STORE early that has already started closing one hour earlier every night anyways.

Hit or miss on customer service. After shopping for my family and a family member, I had too many bags to fit in one shopping cart. I mentioned to the bag boy I needed another cart. He told me to get it myself. This is not the first rude encounter with an Ingles employee. Maybe they hate their jobs or management so much it trickles down to the customer. Experiences like these is why I do most of my shopping at the grocery store across the street.

I went to the weaverville location tonight to get a few things for a sick relative, Leda was the sweetest, nicest cashier I've ever had! These days people don't take time to recognise the good people I wanted to make sure she knew how appreciated she is!

We were visiting the area for about a week. This was my favorite grocery store hands down! They had a tremendous selection, fairly priced. Honestly my favorite grocery store ever.

I really like this store! Decent prices and good selection. I really like their produce and the frsh meat and seafood counter! Especially love their salmon!!!

I definitely agree that the store is clean and organized for the most part. However I do not feel that there are really any “deals” at this place in comparison to others. Things that are organic are inflated above competitors. I’m sure customer service may be par for some but I believe the opposite after being here many times with people who look at you and say nothing. If I’m paying the same as Publix but not getting treated consistently because the culture is different then where will I go? Sorry for the lack of photos to back up.

Super friendly store! Every person we interacted with was helpful and nice, including the Starbucks. The store is also sparkling clean and well stocked. Not something you run into every day. We had stopped in on a road trip and we’re pleasantly surprised! I wish every grocery store was like this.

Nice and clean despite being able to bring animals in. I have seen pets inside the grocery store, and they are not service dogs or handicap dogs they are just pets that get dog hair on everything. Wash your veggies and anything else that is not wrapped. There really should be a policy on only service pets.

Ingles stocks everything you need. They will add items when they find that other stores have certain items, in order to stay competitive. Ingles has better tomatoes, potatoes, lemons and other produce that is better than surrounding stores. My only complaint would be that the fruit is not very sweet and there are not many varieties to choose from. But, overall, it is an excellent store.

The checkout area looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The little gray bars that separate customers were dirty. Just not up to snuff liked it used to be. Even check out personal not as friendly. Disappointed.

Biggest supermarket chain in Asheville. Wildly overpriced. When whole foods is cheaper and trader Joe's is cheaper (and carries more organic and specialty choices) its confusing to me why people shop here.
