The one star reviews are laughable. This is a good Dollar Tree, they have some unique things sometimes. We all know by now what a Dollar Tree is and this is one of the better ones...minus the "you can tell I live out in the sticks" customers -_-Don't bring your kids in here barefoot y'all

This is the only dollar store I would shop at. It's really a good one and I don't normally like dollar stores. Five years later...still a great store, twice I got items there that were 10X more expensive on Amazon.

In what world is it ok to leave a customer on hold for OVER 45 minutes?!?! None, Linda, none. After 5 minutes, I just put my phone on speaker, and went on with my day. I heard Linda tell her fellow employee she had “someone on one”. After 30 minutes,I decided to drive over there and see if they were so overwhelmed by customers, they couldn’t take the time to tell the customer if they had any wine glasses in stock. No, I watched as Linda and her coworker leaned against their counter, Linda taking sips of water from her insulated cup, never once addressing the customer on the line. Do not blame the downturn in work ethic on the young, this was an older lady who should have known better.

I went in to the dollar tree in weaverville she told me she was the manger I walked in to see if they had power aid zero drinks or coke zero I was told if we don't have it you don't need it I was talked very rude to I won't be going back

i can't really blame a specific person, but this visit made me go to another store to get what i needed. displays that are normally outside were still inside. boxes of stock in most of the aisles, bare shelves...i know it's the lack of personnel. maybe not open so early everyday, give time to do some stocking. Or add specific 2nd/night shift stocking positions.

Great little store if you are a smart shopper. Staff are always friendly. To others posting bad reviews because of the "mandate" not "law" of the government about the corona bug, get a life! So long as you wear yours then according to "so called" medical experts you won't have a problem, eh! Learn to get along why don't you.

Was told they do blow up foil balloons (just not latex), even from external sources, but when I got there they said they do not blow up any kind of balloons from outside of dollar tree. Super rude about it for even asking

Although there was a line at checkout, it moved fairly quickly. What was needed for July 4th accessories was in stock. Got supplies needed for baskets of hope for breast cancer patients. Also stocked up on thank you notes, which are still only $1 per pack.

Dollar Tree is a true one price store, now $1.25. Lots of merchandise that changes frequently. You will see name brands and names you've never seen all at $1.25. Cash and cards are accepted.

Went in for one item. Checkout took over 10 minutes. A shopper left a basket piled high with stuff and was still shopping. I showed the cashier my one item and she started ringing in the order for the absent customer. When I say the customer in front of me had almost a hundred items, I am not exaggerating because the math is pretty easy at the dollar store. The woman who shopped the entire time her order was being rung up, bringing one armload of junk after another, finally paid $100. Additionally the cashier was snarky and refused to give me my receipt when I asked for it.

Lots of bargains although many brand name items are smaller packages than found elsewhere making the value somewhat questionable. Staff is usually helpful and efficient but was a little overwhelmed today. The manager finally came out and opened a checkout line. Frequently they get just some funky little thing that can't be found elsewhere.

Great people great smiles. But no store manager.are district manager. District should be in store if no manger on site . These girls work hard . If I was the owner and wanted to make good money I make sure I had a good manger and district manager. I would take care of my people.not turn it into wall mart. !!!! Because people will stop shopping here .

Store has ample apples and found what I needed and wanted. However, did not notice that clerk had packed two bags, nor did she mention that there were two bags. Left store without some items which means I will have to travel across town again.

Dollar Tree in Northridge Commons 😁Is by far my FAVORITE Dollar Store. It's a great place to go to pick up stocking stuffers@Christmas time, Easter Basket Fillers, small Valentine's gifts, they're EXCELLENT for last minute Bday cards& small gifts. I love the fact that they ALWAYS have a wide selection of products to choose from. I can honestly say I really like this store.If I HAD to say Anything Negative about this store the ONLY thing I could possibly say is that they occasionally run out of stock when it comes to the "Holiday" items. If u don't get to the store early enough, u can run the risk of not having as many options to choose from because particular items have been bought out. I can say in their defense that this doesn't happen very often& it surprises me that it DIDN'T happen ALL the time as the majority of stores in my local area seem to CONSTANTLY run low/run out of stock.The staff here is also very professional & polite as well.

Pretty nice little dollar tree. A good variety of things. Only negative thing I can say is that most of the time they only have one line open and it's always usually backed up all the way down the isles and you end up waiting in line way to long. I have saw people get out of line and leave. I have actually done it before also.

Stockers did not have on mask. When the cashier who was wearing hers below her nose, was ask her response was I don't know I just came back to work. The the lady at the third register was wearing hers around her neck. When ask the cashier that was helping me left and went and told her I had ask. That cashier looked at me and said I have doctors note. If thats the case she should have stayed in the office. The isles were congested with merchandise and the line was long. This store is not following COVID19 guidelines .

Horrible wait time, and the screw driver I needed couldn't even turn out the screws I needed to get out. Then when I tried to return the useless screwdriver, even with a receipt they can't do returns only exchanges, so once they've got your money folks it's gone. I'll never return nor will I recommend this store to anyone I like or call a friend. Thanks for ruining my visit and waisting my time and money Dollar tree

I'm biased towards Dollar Tree. I love most of the stuff they have in there and they usually have something different everytime to look at. I can't give it five stars because there have been several times that the staff weren't all that friendly. Not saying they were mean to me, but they seemed like I was bothering them by going through the check out line.

I love the dollar tree! It has almost everything I want there. Every once in a while you might get something that’s kinda cheap and might break easily it still has a lot of really great stuff.

Oh what can I say about Dollar Tree! Well for starters it is one of my favorite stores. You find the same items in Walmart or other stores three times more. It's amazing all kind deals and most of all it will fit into just anyones budget.

Finally a place closer to home to take the kids when they have saved up some money to buy toys also love that they constantly change it around. And the new freezer area is great for my husband to grab something on his way to work to have for lunch

Always have to wait too long to checkout. Only one checkout line backed up to farthest wall and up the aisle. There are plenty of employees and only one overworked cashier

This is the best store in the area. Compared to the other dollar tree stores we have. It is the cleanest, most well stocked. The employee's are very nice

I had a really good experience here I just there was a couple things that I was needing that they didn't have in the party supply area and it was part the set that I wanted to get but I had to get a different piece for it instead

I love the dollar tree but an item I recently purchased was not tht good of a product... I would think twice before purchasing a toeband separator...Buyer beware lol

Something has to be done over the manager using lacial slurs towards a customer in front of a child. And allowing one of her relatives to place his hands on the customer in front of her child. This is not ok and a strict violation of the code of ethics in this company
