This store is constantly cluttered and behind on stocking shelves because they can't keep enough employees working to actually manage the store. Their treatment of employees is criminal and if HAVE to shop here, please be kind to the workers. They are under paid, over worked, and constantly asked to uphold standards that its clear the actual OWNER doesn't even have. One to two people working to stock shelves AND run the registers is so sad and breaks my heart. It isn't safe for the employees because if one of them is in the back, stocking shelves while customers are entering, this leaves them vulnerable to violence and robbery. The company reported profits of 10 BILLION dollars in 2022. We vote with OUR dollars. Please boycott this store that doesn't give our community a safe place to work, being paid a fair wage. This is bad for Weaverville, and bad for our community.

Wonderful staff!!! Great prices! Yes it's cluttered sometimes because they need more staff! (It takes workers to put up truck) I'm thankful that this store exists in our community.

The new dollar general at flat creek is a very clean and orderly store. Everything is easy to find and the prices are great. However one of the employees left a ladder propped up against some shelves. The ladder fell and almost hit me in the head. When I said something about it I was called a liar and told that I had probably did it myself. I told the cashier it was no biggy since I didn't get hit and that's when she accused me off setting the ladder up like that and making it fall. So I surmise that she was the one responsible for it's falling and was trying to cover her butt. The manager finally looked in the video and saw that it was like that when I came to the aisle and it did almost fall on me and that she was the one who left it like that.

This Dollar General is amazingly clean compared to others, and usually pretty well stocked. They have a little bit of everything it seems like. The staff team there is great too, they will go above and beyond if you just ask.

The store manager was rude and did not honor the advertised price on the product. When I ask her to redo the sale she couldn't figure it out, the price was still incorrect. With a long line behind me, I finally gave up and paid more than the advertised price rather than continue to argue with her.

We were hoping for a produce section just like the one in Mars Hill. Also no beer here due to Buncombe County not approving the right to sell it yet. I will give 4 stars after this happens. 5 if a produce section will be put in. Overall great store and its bigger than expected.

Lovely NEW store. You know how once they've been open a while they all seem kinda picked thru?Yeah? NOPE not this place!! Lots of great deals & idk who the staff was the day I went but, they were 2 of MOST HELPFUL, extremely caring individuals. I think 1 of them was there on his day off just to help!! I thought, Wow these ppl CARE you know? Anyways-EXCELLENT STOREEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I have to shop Dollar Generalfor certain things, but they seem to be out of alot of items I need all the time. People that work there are friendly enough, but being out of the same product weeks on end is getting old.

Dollar general is a fairly small store if I want to get out just for a minute from the house but don't want to go to Walmart or anywhere where I have to bump into a bunch of people Dollar general's the place to go and they pretty much have what I might need and everybody is really nice that works there and always helpful

Keep a watch on your DG digital coupons cause sometimes they don't make their way to your receipt. Otherwise they have cleaned up their store so it is less like a warehouse.
