I like checking out different stores because they all carry different merchandise. It is always fun to find new things. Everything was great except when I bought a few items that had special tags that the clerk for forgot to take off at the register. A we days later I had to take to another store to have them removed in order to wear the items. Be sure to check those things for metal tags.

I love this store. The customer service is great. The prices have gone up so I don't go as often. I usually love their selection and sales. Today they were putting out stuff that came in so it was a little hectic but I still found what I went there for. I love their coffee and the price is great.

You can find really good deals at Big Lots. And the best part is the savings. Most of not all merchandise is name brand and yet lower priced than other discount locations.Here is a tip... you can register your phone and get extra perks.One of those is the fact that you're already saving and just in case you return items. Your membership keeps track of purchases.

Waited with 20 people in line! One elderly cashier working. No Manager to be found. Another extremely elderly cashier tried to open a register and was denied because she couldn't clock on for 5 minutes! Everyone was saying they should walk out! My time is valuable! This is an outrage. If Management doesn't improve, I will NOT be back.

I really really love this place in Weaverville, it has so much to look at to shop for Christmas, they have some cool looking gadgets and they got some great deals, go see. Next time I'll get a pic to show you how great it looks in here to buy Christmas 🎁

Awful dining experience, had to seat ourselves, got kicked out with no reason given. One waiter walked right past us and another said we needed to leave. I am never taking my family to big lots ever again!!!

Just eh. Not normally crowded, but still seems so cluttered. I only go here if Big Lots has a specific product I need, and know where it is. Otherwise, it's a waste of time to find anything. Unless I am stopping in for candy, I normally pass it up for Walmart (and I HATE Walmart).

It's a Big Lots folks. Having said that, it is by far the best one I've ever been in! The staff is friendly and every time I have been in to shop, someone has asked if I needed any help. Provided I have never had unsolicited assistance in any other Big Lots, I'd say this is a great start! The facility is also clean and orderly; a bit of an exception to other Big Lots locations. Great prices on everyday things, but like ever other Big Lots, inventory varies based on availability. Stop by for a shop. Rotten customer service experience! Store would not sell item on top shelf despite the fact there were none left on the shelf below. It was not an assembled display item, they were simply to lazy to retrieve item from top shelf.

This is the best store ever. The cashiers were beyond professional and the store is amazing. A great big thank you to Makayla. WOW! She was so kind and just an absolute customer service professional. I needed help with where to find an item(vinegar) and needed assistance with my purchases. She was so helpful, kind and absolutely the best person for her job. Never have I had such spectacular customer service. Makayla-thank you for doing such a good up the job. Keep up the good work. I could not see your smile for your mask but your kind gestures and kind spirit had the biggest smile under there I didn’t need to see it.

Love big lots, but cashiers were very unprofessional ringing up there own things and we had to wait like 5 mins. Then they looked at us funny. After getting help from them finally they were out of the dresser we wanted. Not sure about that really. Online said they had it.

I would have given it more stars but several customer's did not have on masks and one man without a mask walked right in my face and I had to tell him to get out of my face. I had to ask the cashier that checked me out to put her mask over her nose not just her mouth if she was going to check me out. I won't be back until this virus is over.

The staff at the Weaverville Big Lots store are so helpful and kind! I recently ordered a bed, and it was in DAYS before it was supposed to be! The staff made sure I got my discount and that everything was taken care of as quickly as possible. They are always courteous when I'm in the store.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is Terrible! I bought a bed, caisher rung me up wrong(i paid 300 less) .. next day manager called and asked me to come in and fix it, so I did. 2 weeks later they charged my card 130$! And nobody can explain or give me my money back. Now I'm in the negative in my bank. Thanks big lots.

Wanted to purchase a mattress set. The only mattresses available were the ones that come in a box. Went ahead and bought a box spring. When we brought it home and removed the packaging from it , we discovered there was a tear in the fabric.

I talked to a manager about a week ago and was informed that dogs could come inside the store. Honestly I was surprised so I double checked before just walking inside with my two well behaved dogs. An employee stopped me and said “I said dogs could come inside not horses, I assumed you had a chihuahua”. Not sure why someone would assume that all dogs must be chihuahuas but I was disappointed and won’t shop here anymore. For the record, both dogs are CGC certified and I think it’s distasteful for Big Lots to discriminate based on size.

The Weaverville store is much nicer than the Asheville/Tunnel Road location. It's cleaner & seems to have a better selection. (Plus you don't have to worry about your car/truck being "broken into" because of all the derelicts hanging about in the parking lot)
