Sweet, sweet place. I felt like family and was entrusted with a beautiful pottery mug to drink my organic coffee out of. Relaxing music, snacks, art everywhere, books and games to share… and it’s obviously a relational hub. I’m surrounded with happy people and great coffee, go.Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk options, vegan options as well for everything.

Absolutely, a great place to have coffee and a dessert. Check your wifi or have conversations with friends. Love the owners, decor of the inside of the building with a lamp on some tables. Food is great from local bakers and brought to you on plates. No paper plates or silverware here. Really amazing thoughtfulness and care to make you feel welcome. A real highlight of our trip. Sit outside on nice days.

Great local place for coffee. Welcoming staff, old timers out front enjoying coffee and conversation, live banjo music on a Friday morning, and at least one person doing work on his laptop. I could easily see myself becoming a regular.

Very welcoming. We stopped here while passing through town. ☕️ had there daily brew and it was great. Special treat was the live music. Room and a few toys for the kids to play with. The gluten free peanut-butter cookies...I bought 2😄

Great fresh brew and fancy coffee and friendly staff who get to know you and care! Bakery items, including GF are delicious. Patio area outside is pet friendly and there is frequently local musicians performing.

Warm, cozy mountain coffee shop. The staff recognize regulars that come in, and know how they take their coffee. They struck up a conversation with me and recommended a great dog trail loop I could take my dog on behind the shop. I had the daily dark drip coffee and an oat bread square. Both were delicious!! Gave me a discount for bringing my own cup. A lot of care went into this shop and I'll be back!

I have ordered a blackberry mocha for Allgood many times, but today it tasted off and sour. I’m not sure if it was missing an ingredient or if the milk had gone bad. When I walked up to the counter to let them know, my concern was dismissed, and they were unwilling to consider that anything was wrong. The owner wouldn’t even look me in the eye. I was very disappointed.

This is a really pleasant place to sit and have a coffee while enjoying a little local art. I sometimes don’t enjoy local coffee shops as much because my palate is pretty tuned towards sweet coffee drinks, but the barista did a lovely job of giving me a sweet and delicious latte.

While waiting for my latte, I was given a shot of locally roasted espresso to sip on. Wow was I pleasantly surprised. Seriously, the best espresso I have ever had, anywhere. Did not expect it to come from a small Western North Carolina town. My latte was delicious as well. They also offer yummy locally baked goods and hand made items. Quaint, relaxing atmosphere, excellent service. Will certainly return when in the area again!
