I highly recommend The Dog House! The customer service is top notch, and they have a great selection of dog food, health supplements, and products for your dog. We were in Waynesville for an agility competition and bought my dog's favorite food the first day. Turns out Felisha had a booth at the competition. I asked if she had anything for an itchy ear, she had a product at the store and went back to get me a bottle. I was running low on dog food and asked if she could bring me a bag to the competition, and she did. I give this store a 10+++ in customer service. When you are traveling with your dog's it great to have a store with good healthy products! Thank you Felisha!

What a nice place. I love the local feel. That said, their inventory is very robust, and I'm able to find what I need right there. And the staff AND the groomer are so kind and helpful. I am definitely a fan. I take my two greyhounds there about weekly for a nail trim.

We have been going to Michelle for grooming for two years. She is AMAZING! Our pup is quite the handful (she’s a doodle) and I never worry when I drop her off there. Communication, scheduling and customer service is all stellar. I cannot recommend them enough.

We get all of our dog food and supplies from the dog house. Staff is always extra friendly and helpful. They do a wonderful job grooming and trimming my dogs nails.

I have an 8 month old German Shepherd and this was his first grooming. They were very professional and friendly. They also catered to his needs as he is anxious when he is in a place he isn’t familiar with. He came back looking like such a handsome boy! I would highly recommend this place!

I love them. So friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My border collie has a beautiful coat of fur, even more gorgeous since I started buying food there a few months back. Also, super job trimming my hyper puppy's nails. She won't let me trim them, but she will let the ladies there do it.

This business is under new ownership, and has improved dramatically. They carry a broad selection of premium dog and cat foods, and treats. They also have an excellent selection of supplements. Their retail goods are carefully thought out, and in the grooming area they take the time to calm nervous dogs and ensure their well-being. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and accommodating. The premises are clean and welcoming. I love this place!

Great staff, awesome store. We took our stinky just adopted hound to The Dog House for a do it yourself bath. Hannah, the manager, couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us get situated and finding a few supplies. The store is very well supplied with high quality items. I wish it were closer.

Very nice owners and great service! We have taken our dog for grooming for a few years and he is always beautiful when he leaves the shop. Today, he rolled in something outside and was filthy. I called to see if there was any way they might fit him in for a bath. They let me bring my dog right away and did his bath immediately. I really appreciated that they were willing to take him on short notice. Thank you!!

We are local and my mother has shopped here for years. Yesterday, I stopped by for the first time to look at some supplies for our new lab puppy. The gentleman that helped us was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. We picked a holistic, grain free food based on his recommendation and our dog absolutely loves it. I was thrilled with my first time experience here and will definitely be a repeat customers. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Keep up the good work! 😊

Love coming here! Very friendly staff. Took my dog to the grooming section of the store and I was extremely pleased! He is a very hyper Australian Shepherd and the prior groomer I used took the electric clippers to him and he was cut up and miserable. I got him today and he look absolutely beautiful and is comfortable. Will be coming back!

Took my dog Sadie to get her nails clipped, which is normally a grueling task. These ladies did phenomenal and it only took a few minutes, they were very understanding about her not getting along with other dogs and make sure we got in and out of there with ease! Definitely recommended

They are fabulous, but very expensive!! And it’s $10 extra if you want your dog done quicker. I dislike that... it’s so much money anyway, but having to think of leaving my baby in a cage while you finish the others just because I live on a budget? Unfortunately no one else does a great job like they do...

This is a pet supply store, but it's the most dedicated one I've ever seen, and (last I saw) it had kittens and rabbits to adopt, too! It has food that I've not seen anywhere else, has something called "Colorado Hemp Honey" which is real Honey with CBD oil added to help pets relax, has many chew toys, rawhide, (and rawhide alternative) magnets, animal calendars, etc, and has a stone floor (that I would not recommend going barefoot on) that they said is better for pets to walk on, as it provides better traction for them, because regular floors don't. If you have no pets, but want to see a unique pet store, try this one out!

Their knowledge of the products they carry has always been a great help. We have always have received personalized service from owners and employees. I have done business with them for many years and wouldn't go elsewhere. Big box stores never could compete with the service we have received.
