Posting here because I was disappointed in how our dogs were cared for this stay, as well as how the mgr handled it when I raised the concern. No real apology or attempt to rectify, just an “I’ll talk to the staff”. I see now that a very similar situation happened with someone else recently, and I am questioning whether to come back for overnight stays. We picked our dogs up this morning after a 2 night stay. Like previous visits, we pre-portioned all of their meals that were bagged up separately with their names clearly labeled, so it’s super simple and there would be no worry about portioning etc.One has a sensitive constitution and is on a special diet. The other 2 eat the same kibble but they are 70lb apart in weight, so obviously aren’t eating the same amounts. This has never been a problem before, but when I got them back—all of their individual bags had been thrown together into one bag with no regard for portion or food type. The manager claimed she did that because it was “easier” to gather their things. There were 3 drawstring bags, one for each dog, with their meal baggies portioned out in each. So if that was really the case, why wouldn’t they have stuffed 2 of the drawstring bags into one? They dumped every individual meal baggie out of each of their drawstring bags, and THEN put the empty bags on top. Why would that be “easier”? Doesn’t sit right. One dog had explosive diarrhea this morning and has been lethargic which is very typical of him when his diet changes even slightly. There was a very uneven number of bags remaining compared what there should have been if they were fed their respective portions 2x a day. We packed extra just in case, but we counted everything and it was clear something went amiss because the portions were way off. I can’t figure out why someone would haphazardly dump all their meal baggies together in one bag when it’s clear they are eating diff foods and are totally different sized dogs? Something is wrong with the oversight here, this is not okay!My husband is undergoing a long medical journey after a traumatic injury that requires us to travel out of state. Since starting that process, Maple Tree was the first place we trusted to watch our babies and has always been the best— I recommended them to everyone I possibly can. We really struggle to make ends meet but we always do whatever we can to get them in there for boarding since we felt like we don’t have to worry. Now I feel like I failed them. This was really disappointing to find after paying $300 for 2 nights of boarding and I am just left wondering what happened and why? No answer, no real apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I hate confrontation and am the last one to raise complaints but I will advocate for my animals every time. DO BETTER, MAPLE TREE.

Our pups are always excited to go to dog camp. They come home happy but tired. Spring says they get their money's worth 😂 🐾

First, I never through I'd be a 'dog camp' dog owner. Maple Tree changed that 100%.I cannot recommend Maple Tree Dog Camp highly enough. They are professionals, understanding, and thoughtful. They take amazing care of my two dogs and take their jobs and dog support seriously. When I was having trouble with my Aussie, they communicated respectfully and with support. They recommended a wonderful trainer who was able to help me understand how to better support my dog's needs. The staff genuinely love dogs and have been amazing for my dogs to have more human and dog interaction after having so much pandemic isolation. They also board and my animals have been there for short and extended stays. They love Maple Tree and are always so excited when we pull into the parking lot.

I just picked up my baby girl Dottie from a 6 night stay and very upset! First, she was scheduled to have nails trimmed during stay and as I was paying I asked about her nail trim and she informed me they didn’t have time to do it. I was like…but she was scheduled for it and she was here 7 days and you didn’t have time? And she replied no they didn’t have time and someone was out. No apologies from her at all! Then when they bring Dottie out they handed me her bag of food, medication and treats with her and out we went.On our way to truck and in truck I was overwhelmed with how she smelled and all the yellow staining on her white hair!!! Never have I ever boarded a dog and they come back to me drenched in urine and feces!! :(Obviously I had to bathe her as soon as we got home and her paws all the way up her legs and her belly was stained with urine!!Then I opens her bag and it still had 2 full days of food, medication and treats left over!!!!I will Never take her back here and will be going back by asap to inform the manager/owner!!!

We have been using doggy daycare for 2.5 years and have never had anything but positive experiences. Spring and the staff are all incredible and really know every dog. It’s helped my dog socially and with his manners. We have also boarded our dogs and they were treated well. This is the only place I would send my dogs for doggy daycare.

We are delighted with the boarding & doggie day care at Maple Tree. Our Mr. Bentley is quite active & the activity he has there is good for him. And it makes him a "pet friendly" dog. The staff is outstanding as well & most accomodating. We also board him there & always feel secure knowing he is in good hands.

It’s not only a dog camp, the staff cares about your pet and will work with them and help train them. The staff is beyond 5 stars. I have a dog that is extremely active because of breed and he comes home exhausted because of all the activities and mental stimulation. Highly recommend to anyone that has a dog that gets bored throughout the day or needs stimulation.

Spring and the rest of the team at Maple Tree are caring professionals. My dog loves to spend time at the camp or for boarding. Make sure to make reservations in advance. They usually are booked up weeks in advance.

The camp is more than a yard for the dogs to play in. The people are great and the dogs have a great time.

The dog camp here is excellent for me and our animals. You may find a cheaper place around here somewhere, but the personnel here will be hard to beat
