This post is for walmart sparks. For those that don't know, spark handles walmart grocery deliveries. Walmart has to do a better job checking IDs of illegal drivers and bot users. Lots of Hispanics across the country are using bots to take all the orders or recieve them first. I came to check out this walmart since I moved close to the area. I've been sitting in that parking lot for 3 to 4 hours without receiving one order from walmart. Days upon days. I noticed the same drivers getting orders each hour. They gather together have conversation before orders drop. Then there the ones recieving orders. Every hour, all Hispanic. Walmart needs to do an ID check atheist while spark is finding ways to detect the illegal bot signal users. ID checking will atleast remove those who are not to be driving here under someone's name. It's a shame for all the other drivers who doing things the right way that aren't making ant money due to this illegal use of signal blocking. Walmart waxhaw.. CHECK IDS

Came to the store on Saturday afternoon and couldn’t believe that there was not one regular cashier. Only self checkout! I had my disabled husband with me, lines were horrible. Did we all sign up to play a role as a cashier when shopping at Walmart? I don’t mind going through self checkout when buying couple of items, but a whole shopping cart??I will not be coming to this store ever again!

It is very convenient to have a neighborhood walmart. It has a fresh selection of vegetables, dairy sections, and a pet section. There are also self checkout lanes, so you don't have to wait in line for a casher to check out. The store also lets you order ahead, and your groceries are brought out to you at one of the designated pick-up parking spaces. Overall, shopping at the neighborhood walmart is a good experience.

Carries most day-to-day household essentials, including produce, baked items, groceries, eggs, meat, milk, cleaning supplies, beauty supplies, and stationery. Very well stocked and convenient for a short run to the store. Has self checkout.

Shopping Saturday morning, the store was not overly crowded. However the only registers open were the self-checkout ones and hence the lines were quite long. The sweet corn there is always amazing! It is typically chilled, fresh and very tender. The rest of the store is fairly stocked and clean. Will definitely return.

Delivery driver refused to bring my order to my door because it was up 2 flights of stairs and I had already tipped very generously because of that. Will never use this store again for anything, even in store purchases.

I’ve ordered grocery delivery 3 days in a row and it hasn’t been delivered. One order was 30 hours late before I canceled it. When I called, they told me I could come pick it up. What’s the point of paying for delivery? Also, I can see that it’s not even shopped. So I’d get there and then wait forever while they got around to shopping the order an entire day late. This Walmart had such high standards when Anna was the store manager years ago. It’s been downhill since.When I was receiving my orders, it was common to get an expired product or three in every order, especially international products. I didn’t bother returning them because I’d be making returns every time.

Nice area and store is kept up well. All of the employees in the grocery pick up service are great and helpful. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because they keep rescheduling my pickup orders without my consent and delaying them all the time. I have a life, a job, a family... I don't have time to be rescheduling my day all over again every time I plan to go pick up groceries when this Walmart decides to make my pickup a random and often undetermined time. That's the other thing.. they'll delay my pickup time, and then never give me a new specific time. Like, I'm supposed to wait around all day on that and drop whatever I'm doing?? Apologizing doesn't fix the huge inconveniences that they cause me. Pickup is meant for people who either can't go in, don't want to, or are in a hurry/very busy. If I had time to wait around all day on my grocery orders, then I'd have time to go in and get them.. but I don't. So ridiculous because the solutions they are giving me don't even make logical sense.

Best pricing anywhere! Selection is sparse due to the many shoppers taking advantage of pricing. Walmart could hirer more people for stocking and check outs and take advantage of more sales volumes.

Never do grocery pickup here on a Saturday!! Waited 2 hours and they never got me my groceries. I ended up just leaving. Honestly, I should’ve just canceled after 30 minutes, but they kept me thinking I was next in line. They didn’t really seem to have things organized at all.

Sunday morning at Walmart. That says alot sometimes an adventure. After dodging the myriad of shoppers for online orders arrive at the front to see to my excitement we actually have a real cashier lane open. 1 in front of me sweet. Unload groceries onto belt and as the fella in front of me finishes he asks the cashier for help loading. Sarah let's Marianne know, she is apparently filling in as manager I later found out. Marianne proceeds to tell me she'll(sarah the cashier) will be back in a few minutes after she loads his groceries. WTH...I go on mean mug mode, not happy. Already unloaded and stuck here waiting...after cpl minutes Marianne comes by and says I'm not sure where he parked I'm sure she'll be back in a second... thats where I voiced my opinion about such a poor use of labor. You have one employee in vestibule moving trash, one mopping floor by customer service, 2 standing in customer service chatting and what seems like a dozen blocking isles shopping for online orders, and you feel the right move is to take the only active cashier and send her out to load groceries??? After sarah finally returns, I check out and go toward marrianne to discuss matter and she promptly walks away in other direction back into store. If I weren't geographically challenged to use this store occasionally I'd steer far far away, merely for my own sanity. Please walmart, you can do better.

Get it together. 2pm on a Monday with not 1 worker at a register. Only self check out lines open. With 6 workers standing around near the customer service desk taking selfies while the lines are down the isles. Do better.

This used to be my go-to for all groceries b/c they were cheaper than the others. You get what you pay for. Produce is horrible. I go to HT for those items. My main issue is the p/u. What is the point of having a time slot that can't be filled during the time requested. This is the 4th time this week my order is delayed. Today, I picked a time that said less busy, guess what, it is delayed again. If they are short-handed, it's understandable. If that is the case, minimize the time slots. I'm giving 2 stars b/c the customer service is very good.

Walmart- This store is a great way to destroy your brand. 10 yrs ago it was probably the only store around. I am sure you are doing fine with the bottom line because this area has grown so fast. But Fast forward and lets just say you have not exactly kept up with the times. It's always out of everything and when they do have something there is one option at the most. There are very few healthy choices at this store and basically nothing environmentally friendly. No joke I have better luck getting things like dishwasher soap and pet food at the local big box home improvement store. I basically drive by this store which is less than 1/4 mile from my house and go to one of several other grocery stores which have more choices are staffed better and a much better stocked. I feel bad for the people who work here since I think they do a good job with the limited staff and resources they have been given at this location. Hope this review gets someone at the corporate offices to wake up.

I just received my order. I’m missing 10 of my items. Spent close to $260 dollarsThe website says it’s open but for 45 mins no one is answering any of the extensions. I finally call the pharmacy and ask if the store is open…yes.. is anyone there…yes, all the managers are in the back.SMHWhy stay open if you aren’t going to answer the phones. Or show any proper customer service.I have about $50 worth that I want my refund for.This helps me since I work crazy hours and I can have the items delivered to my home.This store has just lost customer.

Placed order on Jan 10 that was not filled until Jan 11. To make matters worse, I had to wait 2 hours for them to bring out my order. Tried to call pick up # but no answer and mailbox full. Called store and spoke to 3 different people who said I needed to be patient. Stopped employee in parking lot who said it said I had left. I never even left my car. He said he would get my order out. 30 minutes later, I called again, and finally got a supervisor. 15 minutes later I got my order. While staffing issues are plaguing everyone, there is no excuse for basically no response to issues. They took my name each time to check my order and did nothing.

This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I ordered my groceries YESTERDAY for delivery and they never showed up. I called this morning and they said they would get a driver assigned to my order. No one showed and no communication from anyone. I came to the store myself to pickup and have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes now. I have talked to 3 different people and keep getting the same answer "we'll be out as soon as possible". I have tried to speak to a manager and apparently there are none in today...?? Really?? No management.... They have the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is not the first time this happens. What a waste of money for their annual membership fee!!!

Had the weirdest experience tonight. I was checking out at the self check-out (since they don't EVER have cashiers lol) and after I scanned all of my items (4) I put my card into the machine and it's processing and the employee watching the registers comes up to me and says "Do we have a problem here??" like accusing me or something which is wild bc I had scanned all of my items and was in process of paying for them??? I was like no we don't?? It was just so uncomfortable and he was so rude. I haven't been going here as much since it's been going downhill, but I'll probably stop going altogether now. HT across the street's customer service makes the price difference worth it to me.

We have always had good service with Walmart grocery delivery until this location became our delivery store. We had two orders in a row that were never delivered and this location is usually out of about 25% of the items we usually look for. Walmart does not let you choose a different delivery store.Update (10/20/21): More often than not, delivery orders never show up from this location. When our orders were delivered from the Indian Land store this never happened. If you contact customer support shortly after the missed delivery window they will tell you that the order is being processed and should be delivered, but that the order is never delivered.

The absolute worst place to shop for groceries hands down! No cashiers. I repeat no cashiers. If planning to buy a lot of groceries then be warned, you WILL have to check yourself out, and those lines are long. Rude staff. Rude online store shoppers who are always in the way. They can’t keep the store stocked so always pallets of food everywhere! Produce is usually old and a lot of bread is and other items close to expiration. Lots of employees in the store but did I mention no cashiers. This store should be closed!

Convenient location, good prices. However, understaffed and in need of cashiers. Self check out lanes can be long and ridiculously slow, the software platform at point of purchase is slower than molasses. Several employees standing around, but no one working registers. Frustrating experience.
