We had a wonderful experience here! Can't say enough good things about this place. One on one service! Erick is awesome. I've heard he is the dog whisperer in the grooming world. With only one groomer on hand all is quiet and calm. There aren't 20 other screeching barking pets in there. Nancy at the front desk is a gem, super nice and helpful. They were both professional and welcoming too, unlike the other "Groomery" up the street who on my very first appointment there decided to tell me they don't charge me enough. This other "groomery" acted like they were doing me a favor vs the fact that they could have had a new customer for life. Their loss indeed. Plus Reigning Cats and Dogs was $40 cheaper. WIN WIN.Don't hesitate coming here. They were so professional, grateful and courteous. Erick did a fabulous job grooming my doodle.

I like the convenience of having a place close by to get my cat's nails trimmed, at a reasonable price. The trouble I have had is with how they update their system. I spent a lot of time on the phone with an employee in December, providing all of my information and rabies vaccine documentation (through email). When I arrived for my appointment, none of the info was in the system, and we had to go through the process all over again. Then, when I came in for the next nail trim a few months later, the rabies info was not in the system and I had to find the email I had sent before and get it into their system. Something that should be quick and easy has not been for 2 times in a row. I may need to look someplace else.

We are so incredibly happy with how our Boone looked after his appointment. He is an Australian shepherd and you can't just go anywhere these days. They are professional and give you what you want !! Highly recommend!

Eric did everything for him the first two times. my dog ​​is very afraid of all salons. here my dog ​​didn't want to go home. he was fine. we were happy. . the last Saturday, October 8, was just awful. we came to pick up the dog and workers told that our dog was very aggressive and attacked the groomer. we were very surprised. This time we figure out that Eric no longer works he was replaced by a young girl. we apologized for the behavior of the dog and were very surprised. The dog was behaving very strangely at home. very calm. I checked everything and this is what I found. his private part had burnt eyelids in both eyes were scratched on the left side of the thigh, cut very short and it twitches him. I'm not talking about horrible haircut. hair will grow back. Now I understand why my dog ​​behaved this way. If you got so many scratches, would you probably get hurt? salon services are expensive, we paid $83. question For What? now dog owners decide whether to go to this salon or not

I definitely recommend Kessla over at Reigning Cats and Dogs! She does an amazing job with my dog. He is a mixed breed with a very thick undercoat that needs to be blown out. She does a fantastic job at deshedding him! He always comes home looking great!

It proves very difficult finding anywhere that will groom cats, but ERIC is the best!!! Honestly, I don't know how he does it, but our two large cats get a close and even shave for the summer months and we all are so much happier for it! I highly recommend Eric!

Eric is no longer working here. The new lady today had our dogs leash wrapped around his neck 2x because he “was hard to handle”. Eric has cut his nails for two years now with no issues. She also said my golden doodle was not easy to work with, no one has ever had issues with him before. Will not be returning.

Fantastic place. I have been picky about my Havanese's hair cut and Eric got it right. Not only that, but they are gentle with our dogs, and I cannot thank them enough for the great attention to our 18 year old shepherd mix, taking the time and patience to work with him, let him rest. Eric and Nancy are awesome with my 80 pound never met a stranger on 2 or 4 legs dog. He loves his spa day....fur feels great, he smells clean and his toe nails are perfectly trimmed. Love Reigning Cats and Dogs.
