Great store. Very clean. Easy to find the items you need and want. Love the salad bar! And of course it's always great to have a Starbucks close by so you can make a trip to the grocery a fun event. 😀 parking was easy too. Also I love when the store have the little sanitizer wipes to wipe the cart down before shopping. I hope you all enjoy this store! Best Starbucks on the area. That said… They took over Bi-Lo’s concept of bogo years ago. Now they have gone back to their previous sale prices and it’s not worth it, even when on sale. Unfortunately, I will have to stop shopping here due to finding better prices elsewhere. They don’t price match and that doesn’t help them. Some products I still buy due to quality or sale but not my whole shopping list like I used to.

I just need to share this Great experience I had here today.:) I’m a nanny and I was out with the 2 children I take care of, when I craved Starbucks so came here originally to get a coffee, though the line was pretty long… and the youngest child was very clingy and wouldn’t let me put her down. That’s when a employee from Harris Teeter came over and helped me, she took both of them off my hands so I could order my coffee, by showing them the candy aisle and drawing a smiley face:) on the youngest hand. And when we were waiting for my coffee after I had ordered. She came up to us with a bag, with 1 candy each for them that they had liked in the candy aisle that she had personally paid for. <3I sadly didn’t catch her name.:((It was such a heartwarming moment), and I’m very grateful! I will pay it forward!!

I was in there last night with my 11 year old son and the employees were goofing around and dropping the “F” bomb right in front of him. How disgusting, inappropriate and rude!! I’ll never shop at this overpriced store again.

Has to be the most ignorant customer service employee in history. Was soliciting for a charity. In body of tax letter it stated that this tax document was allowed due to an act by the government 4 years prior. He says it is not current. Folks that means our Constitution is not current so it is not valid. Please where did they find this idiot?

This establishment would rather spend $$$$ on equipment to catch people trying to take food (because they can’t afford it), instead of reverting the illegal price gouging and bogus inflation on all items. 50% increase on food items across the board, record YOY profits, and you blame the people trying to live instead of everything else. Management are bootlickers so they don’t care about it. Don’t come here unless you want to spend $10 on cereal and $7 on a loaf of bread. Get real

This is the nearest store to us and we frequently come here for specific items. Today when we went to pick up some last minute food for our Halloween party, half of the stores power goes out and their POS is down too. By time things come to a halt we're already in line with our cart and after waiting for about 15 minutes, the store decides to let those in line take what they have for free after bagging them. It was very kind of them. Our party had at least $150 worth of food in our cart and they could have easily told us to leave and let the food go to waste. Very commendable of them.

Went to pick up as I do every week and an employee named Alicia slammed my car door and woke up my infant, was super rude to me, she had a very aggressive demeanor about her. My husband and I were at a loss of words, you never know what people have going on but someone like that should be placed somewhere that doesn’t involve customer service..

We have been going here for almost a year for everything we drive a extra 30 mins just for the service. Butcher block is great, deli is friendly and fast and the bakery and pharmacy are top notch will continue to use them

I was a Whole Foods devotee- but their produce comes from California and South America - and wasn't very good. HT is local with much more variety. Shout out to HT - not just this one - but the chain for bringing the good local fresh veggies. Bravo!

Jamison is such a joyful and caring associate with the Harris Teeter front of house team. I love seeing those rosy cheeks and big smile when I walk into the store to do my shopping. The store wouldn't be the same without Jamison. Love you guys!

I love the pharmacy because they have the best prices in town. A prescription I pay $22 a month for a HT, CVS wanted $108!! Ha! No, thanks! I’ll stick to my Teeters.

I have to express my gratitude for the wonderful service and great product at Harris Teeter. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help, and they have a great selection of organic food. When you have an issue, such as when you bought the wrong soda, they are more than happy to help. Yes, customer service still does exist!

In the age of COVID, they don't even have contact less wireless payment. Unreal. No apple pay, no android Pauly, no Google pay NOTHING! Poor Frenchise. They charge crazy prices and don't have the tech to back it up. Shops elsewhere. I had to leave entire basket full of groceries. I went somewhere else to finish my shopping.

This h.t is pretty nice. They have fresh food; sushi, hot bar, pizza, salad bar. The check out people are fast and friendly so I don't have to resort to the self check out. I always forget they keep their carts outside but that's my fault not theirs. Better than anything else in Waxhaw by far.Update. Very impressed with this store overall especially the meat dept. They manage their check outs 100%

We have shopped at this location since it opened. But once Kroger boughtHT the quality, service,and cleanlinesshave dropped. So we changed to the new Publix In 2021.This week I needed one thing and decided since HT wa less than a mile from house I would go there. What a shock. The store was nasty everywhere. The produce was awful. Shelves we empty. And not a sole to ask for help. The guy behind the customer service desk had his mask around his chin. I asked him about it but he just walked away.Never again.

Harris Teeter is the big dog in the Carolinas but be au of their reputation, they're customer service and cleanliness can sometime suffer. I frequent this Harris Teeter for the meats mostly because I've found them to be better than the competition and they stay fresh longer. The aisles are slightly small and the light could be better.The signage in the store is well placed and grocery items are easy to find. One competitive edge that Harris Teeter has over some of their competitors is that they have double coupons events that can save you lots of money and the more you spend, you'll earn fuel points to lower the price of your gas at participating gas stations.I do recommend this particular Harris Teeter because most of the associates are great and returns tend to be hassle free.

Very disappointed in Harris teeter pharmacy at cureton. Stopped in on Saturday to get a flu shot for my husband and I. Tavis the pharmacist said he was busy and couldn't give a flu shot until Tuesday. My husband and I are high risk and needed to get the shot. He was not busy no customers and it was 2:45 pm. We always get our prescriptions and our flu shot here buti guesswork will get our flu shot somewhere else they should not turn anyone away for a flu shot !
