The worst, rudest experience I've ever had at my FORMER long-time pharmacy. I will never use them again. After waiting in the drive-thru for more than 20 min, I was told "I'll get to you when I can," no apology, no explanation. I was very ill with Covid waiting for Paxlovid and thought I was doing the responsible thing by not walking into the CVS and exposing everyone to the virus. When I expressed my issue to the pharmacist, she got angry and gave me the silent treatment for the rest of the interaction. Inexcusable.
