I've never had any major problems with the pharmacy staff. In fact the ones I've encountered (been going here since 8/2014) go out of there way to assist with any issues that may come up. My family and I get all our shots here as well. Keep up the great job pharmacy staff!

Place is overpriced and doesn’t have a good variety of things. I’ve been going here for 14 years and the pharmacists are not the friendliest individuals. Some days they act like they don’t know you and other times we’ve talked to them and had full conversations.

Absolutely worst customer service experience! Customer blockaded the drive through at the direction of the associate, when asked to move the associate started yelling at me. I have never had a positive experience at this CVS, the entire team should be turned over. There is no management and no thought of the customer. Will never go back.

Usually love this CVS, but there was a different pharmacist filling in and he was horrible! (Mon 11/28 - blonde male, blue vest). Husband overheard him complaining about reconstituting antibiotics for my son and that the store needed the "new" machine that "does it for you". He ended up screwing up the "reconstitution" so my son got 10 days worth of Augmentin in 3 days. Needless to say, he has been violently sick to his stomach - up all night crying in pain. I went back today (12/1) to speak to the pharmacist and it was an elderly woman filling in. I explained the situation and she said "I have no idea what to do". Seriously??

Not the fist bad experience with this branch ! Pulled up to the drive thru after dental surgery to put in my prescription and the girl asked to help me. After being in dental surgery I was unable to talk and I waived the prescription in the air. She started yelling can I help you 4 to 5 times with an attitude. Even after seeing I couldn’t talk and seeing my prescription she kept up with attitude saying it would be ready in 30 minutes.How 1 or 2 bad apples can ruin the whole basket. Thinking of moving all prescription with my whole family to Harris teeter, it’s farther but might be worth the trip!

The store was great. The gentleman up front did not make eye contact or greet me when I entered the store nor when he assisted me at the self checkout where he swiped to give me access and did not say, “you’re welcome “ to my thank you.

the pharmacy has a new person working there and wasn’t very friendly however I wasn’t paying any attention that he has a bad attitude until after I was done paying for my perception and I said thank you he didn’t say anything back just walked away. had a attitude the whole time. get another job where you don’t have to interact with customers

Love all the staff members. Super helpful and kind!! Definitely my number one CVS. I have had change CVS’s multiple times because they would either mix up my prescriptions and give me the wrong medication, or give me the wrong MG pills... that was very concerning to me when I realized that they gave out wrong pills so easily! Go to this CVS if you want the RIGHT prescriptions and helpful staff!

I can’t believe any of the negative comments. The pharmacists are professional. I don’t need them to be my best buddy. I need them to do their job professionally. They do that and have always been professional first and friendly enough. If you want a best friend go to the park.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever had! The pharmacists Michael and Donna are awesome! They take excellent care of me and all my prescription needs. They personally call me about any issues concerning my prescriptions and I really appreciate their quality service! I would definitely recommed them to anyone!

This pharmacy can’t handle a rush, especially in their drive thru lanes. They rarely have the second lane manned and if they become overwhelmed, they are rude and make it seem like it’s your fault? There needs to be better staffing and efficient service for customers.

The CVS store is okay, but the pharmacy is awful. There are a couple of pharmacists which are quite good and know how to work with you, but the rest and just plain idiots. They're unwilling to help further than just check you out, and that's about it. We moved to another pharmacy and haven't looked back since.

I came to this CVS for a walk in flu shot. I was basically ignored when I asked how long it would be. Terrible customer service. I was called “bro” by one of the workers… just odd.
