Customer service at this location’s pharmacy is horrible. Employees have no regard for their customers and are extremely slow. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while the person inside did not even acknowledge us. Will definitely be changing my prescription location after these multiple experiences. Please take your prescription somewhere else for your sanity’s sake.

Very efficient pleasant professional service from pharmacist Olga for my shingles shot. So Easy. Will return for flu shots etc. I made an appointment and checked in online so they had everything they needed. Thank You!

Called pharmacy 5 times got hung up on each time by the automated system. Called another CVS and the same thing. Worst pharmacy ever. CVS should be embarrassed. Now I have to drive down there for them to tell me my prescription is probably out of stock even though it is on auto refill. Shame on you CVS.

The worst retail chain in the country!!What ever you do never buy a gift card at CVS. They could not activate the card and refused to refund my money. They said it would take 7 to 10 days for them to investigate. Investigate what??? Receipt actually said card was not activated. Store manager actually called the corporate office and they weren’t helpful at all in fact they were disrespectful and condescending. I will not shop at CVS again. Terrible customer service.Update: 10 days later and still no refund.

Went in for my first covid shot and my license or insurance card wasn’t checked before being given my vaccine. After the shot was given, I was told I was “good to go” and wasn’t even kept there afterwards for any observation to see if I’d have any adverse side effects. I sat in my car in the parking lot for awhile before driving to ensure I wouldn’t have a reaction while driving. I only gave a two star rating because I didn’t need to wait long to get my vaccine.

Sandy from the pharmacy is the most unprofessional health care worker I have ever experienced. She publicly insulted the doctor who wrote my prescription and had the worst bedside manner. All the other pharmacists here have always been amazing except for this woman. Truly mean spirited.

I went in and asked for help with picking out cologne and was harassed and yelled at to leave the store by Wendy (the manager). Wendy was extremely rude. I am a repeat customer because they are so close to my house. When Wendy saw me she yelled at me and told me to get out and said that I came into the store TO OFTEN. I thought CVS appreciated my business but I guess not. I would not recommend going in at night or else you might get ran out of the store by a boomer.

They gave me an extra (someone else’s) prescription one time. I returned it. Separately, I took my 90 year old mother-in-law inside to ask a question, they let her stand for 15 minutes without even acknowledging her, we left without help, I figured it out while standing in line. My last straw was yesterday. I was in line at the drive thru before closing, both the attendant and pharmacist looked out the window and closed even though I had been in line for 10 minutes waiting on the 1 car in front of me. I will NEVER trust my health care to them. Nor will this store ever get 1 penny from me to stay in business! My advice is simple - go anywhere else.

Avoid pharmacist Lisa Ehele and this CVS pharmacy like a plague. Often times it takes days to order prescription medications from this pharmacy, and it's up to YOU to know this before your doctor calls the prescription in. I even had them issue me the wrong medication and dosage before. This latest issue will leave me with no other option but to contact the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy and report Lisa Ehele for negligence.

Hard to believe in this day and age of checks and balances but these folks mixed our child's antibiotic incorrectly and they ended up taking less of a dose than she should have. Don't trust anymore.
