My son and I went to the "doc in the box" there for med care. The nurse practitioner was great and so was her nurse. I paid and we left. I realized that I paid without using my insurance card, so I called later. I was on hold for roughly an hour and fifty minutes, until I had to hang up and leave my desk. I tried calling several times, still no luck. This place is out of my way, so "popping" down there is not an option. When I did make it down there, nobody was behind the register, nobody was at the medical facility, and so I went to pharmacy to see if they could help or call for help. The only response I got was "you will likely have to call that 800 number back" or you can wait until someone in the medical area shows up". This is unacceptable. I don't have time to sit around in the off chance an employee might show up. Sitting and waiting on my phone for nearly 2 hours without resolve is beyond ridiculous as well. Now I am stuck with paying over $250.00 that my insurance would have covered. That was my mistake, but I'll be damned if there anyone at CVS that will help me rectify it. I know the insurance billing cycle is every 30 days, and can be changed. I guess I am screwed.

Stores are waiting to get customers, but at this location pharmacist will whine and complain they are so busy give you instructions to do it online or call back later. But only if they could understand by the time they whine and complain they can confirm the DOB of customer and process refill to keep their customers happy to retain the business. May be some other location knows better.

I went online to schedule my flu vaccine at this location, and after arriving at the pharmacy I was able to quickly receive the vaccination in a small but private room. The pharmacist was friendly and prompt. I would note, however, that they do not accept walk-ins.

I visited the minute clinic in Waxhaw NC on October 5, 2022 for a DOT physical exam. Nurse Martha took care of me during this visit, she was very accommodating and helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. I would highly recommend this minute clinic to anyone that I know.

Drive thru service is really slow. Be prepared to sit in line. Staff doesn’t look happy. We switched pharmacies a while back but do to our new insurance we have to shop here

This review is for the pharmacy. The staff ignores customers and does not greet them. You are actually made to feel as you are a burden on their day. They need to hire more staff. The wait time is ridiculous!

Drove 40 minutes for my covid test appointment. Waited another 20 before I was refused testing. My mom got tested at the exact same CVS. And here I am, with covid symptoms, getting refused a test and further treatment with no proper explanation. This CVS and it's Pharmacists should have their license revoked for life. They're certainly not here to help sick people.

I needed a prescription, it was sent there before 5:15. They where too concerned about leaving at 6pm on a saturday night. The cashier just walked away when I asked her what time it closed saying 6 pm, she knew the pharmacist was there and I recieved no text or phone call from them. NEXT TIME I NEED A PRESCRIPTION, I will definately choose a place that is willing to provide timely service to their customer

I don’t typically give reviews but to warn others who use this pharmacy is the purpose. I had called in a prescription that needed to be refrigerated and said I’d come the next morning to pick it up. They left the injection out all night (which it says on the package that if medicine reaches room temperature it is ruined). The male pharmacist said in response to me saying this needs to be in the refrigerator, correct? He responded with “no it’s fine if it doesn’t go in the refrigerator.” LITERALLY the package has “must be refrigerated” in five different places. I showed them what the box said all over it as a warning to not get to room temp. These were very important/timely fertility meds that they didn’t have any replacements for. The guy never apologized or tried to help. Another woman looked up if another CVS had the meds in stock and they didn’t...she said “sorry” and closed the window after she handed the prescription back. It makes me super nervous to have a pharmacist that has no clue about the medicine he gives me and gives me the opposite instructions from what is on the package. This medicine was useless when they gave it to me because it had been left out all night and not to mention it was super expensive. The most upsetting part of it all, is that we have struggled with infertility for a long time and this was our first treatment that we saved up for and this could have ruined the whole process if I didn’t pay attention to the package and question the pharmacist terrible judgement and lack of knowledge. Y’all... do yourself a huge favor and do not go here! And this isn’t the first time they messed up meds. I had antibiotics from here a few weeks ago and they gave me 3 more than the count on the bottle.

Older lady working here is so rude. Last time I walked in for two minutes about 15 minutes before they closed - just to use the atm. When I left she locked the door behind me with a huff. Store didn't close for another 10 minutes.

This pharmacy needs to hire more people. I have been sitting in the drive thru..only 2 people in front of me for 25 minutes now. Ridiculous.. I could have sat in a restaurant and ordered a meal and started eating it by now.

It's your average CVS. They are all pretty much the same. The staff is certainly friendly and helpful. The Establishment is kept clean.

Slowest pharmacy ever. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Waited in line for 30 minutes for 1 prescription that was called in the day before.

They have mishandled my specialty meds for the last three months. Purposely closed early (5:55pm) knowing a customer was on their way. Pharmacist too busy to return a phone call. Really wish I could give a zero.
