Nice coffee shop and great coffee. Reminds me of a coffee shop we would visit in the Smokey Mountains. Seating downstairs and upstairs. Albeit upstairs feels like you’re hanging out in a storage room. We like to sit outside and watch the Waxhaw traffic go by. Lots of parking around there. Lots of locals but coffee here. Lots of people study and read here. The smoothies are good too.Parking: Parking on their lot. And across both streets. No charge.

Such friendly service, more than willing to answer question. I was impressed with the coffee selection you could buy and all the little, unique things inside. While you wait for your coffee, take a look around. There is outside seating that we enjoyed after we got our coffee. We were able to sit in the rocking chairs and talk out front, but there will be heavier traffic as it is close to the main road. Beware if you have trouble walking as there are uneven levels of terrain you have to walk on and then a few steps up to get inside.Parking: Parking is a little busy and difficult being off the main road. Luckily a lot of people walk from nearby or park across the side street.Kid-friendliness: A lot of older kids walking in from around the area.

This is a wonderful little local coffee shop. A true gem in the heart of Waxhaw. The staff is always very helpful and attentive. This is a great place to work quietly in a very calming environment. I have tried many of their coffee options and have loved everything. They also have local, handmade products such as jewelry, shirts and a few Christmas options this time of year. Treat yourself to a cup of coffee on the rocking chair front porch. ☕️

We ordered Iced Vanila Latte & Iced Toasted Coconut Cold Brew. I liked coconut flavor inside of the coffee. The flavor was smoothly smudged. And the person who worked here was kind._ _ _I visited today and tried the Hazelnut Crunch Latte with oatmilk. I liked it :) Also I got the sample bag($3.99) Crazy Puppy & Swiss Chocolate Almond bean for trying.

Always a place I stop when I am working in the area. It has such a nice atmosphere and great coffee. Usually a line but yesterday no wait. Weekends are usually crowded. The coffee is worth a bit of a wait. Prices have gone up since my last visit.Parking: Busy location.

Love crossroads. They have great drinks, a small yet quaint space, a moderate amount of outdoor seating, and great service. Try the espresso milkshakes! Perfectly located for enjoying downtown Waxhaw.

Great coffee house! Their customer service is wonderful, the location is great, the character to the building is very unique, and their coffee and baked goods delicious! I love the Blondies and their latte! Plus they also have cigars too which pair up very nicely with their coffee!

I'm new in town. Had been looking for a place to purchase Matcha (Im not a coffee drinker). Although they don't sell Matcha they make an awesome Chai Tea. Maddie, Syd, Meagan, and Iliana have the best customer service. They deserve a raise!!! =-) They greet you with a smile and great conversation. I love the atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

Was given the Nightmare before Christmas after asking for something the cashier would make themselves. Phenomenal coffee and the little drawing was a nice touch, highly highly recommend!!! Best coffee within 100 miles!!

I cant believe i havent reviewed Crossroads yet. My wife and i have sourced our beans from many places around Atlanta, and in our travels. Crossroads has the absolute best we have found thus far. We intentionally go out of our way every few months to swing by for 1-2 lbs.I cant recommend this place enough. Fantastic flavors. Massive variety. Excellent prices. And fast and friendly customer service.Cons: Parking is always available, but it sucks due to location and traffic. But not enough to lose a star. I'd rate this place a 4.8 to 4.9 stars in total.Our personal favorite blend: "Chocolate Raspberry Truffle" and "Toasted Coconut"Flavored blend to improve: "Blueberry Crumble"... it smells amazing. But the flavor is nearly absent.

This is the best place I’ve ever been to. The best customer service ever! When I walked in, they said hello to me, and asked what they could get for me?? They are so kind. Then they made my drink exactly how I asked for it and gave it to me?? I’m amazed at how kind the baristas are. The customer service is out of this world. Will definitely be coming to this place again.
