Called and made sure they had tire in stock, they didn't but had alternate. Schedule appointment for next day at 10am. I received text that morning confirming my appointment. I showed up on time to find out its a 2 hrs wait. They suggested I reschedule.. for another day.. this wasn't an option for me. I was heading out of town.. poor communication!! They had my number, they should have called me before I got there

Gotten slightly better over the past year. The store and parking lot are in good shape. The employees are less than friendly and it's hard to shop when all the isles are full of cart pickers for online ordering.

This Walmart has done an upgrade. They removed the salon and redid the flooring. The isles are better. Not impressed with customer service. Hard to find anyone on the floor if you can’t find something.

Very nice store has a big auto section and the girl that rang us up was super cool we liked her rite at the start it was a pleasurable experience

I haven't been in a Walmart in awhile since there are similar stores closer to me. This one felt fancy! The floor displays were nice. Everything seemed stocked & not all over the floor like previous times I've been to a Walmart.

Do you really want me to go there OK. First off you are prudy much on your own when you walk in the door but they have that person to check your receipt of what you got. Put people back at the counter ringing up your purchase the lady tried to stop me yesterday I kept right on going. It was the first time I had gone into that place in two years.

I am not happy with my experience. I waited for an hour before I received my order. I even checked in several times and tried to call to make sure I was actually checked in. Several people came after me and left before me. I only had ONE item which was a gift and it wasn't even in a bag! I was told there wasn't any big enough. How can you sell several sized items and only have one size in bags?? This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with Walmart. Pickup and delivery services are supposed to be for convenience but I've had issues with both. When it's more of a hassle than help it's a HUGE problem. Walmarts customer service has really gone downhill. The lady said she was the only one there and I was next on her list. Well I wasn't next and I saw several Walmart employees bringing out orders. Finally when I received it, it was brought to me by someone different and she said they couldn't find my item at first and it didn't look like it was the correct item. So it took an hour to find a toy that clearly looks like the image online. Not to mention all they had to do was READ it if they were unsure! A major inconvenience since I was just getting off from work and I needed to pick up my children from two different places! I was so late I had to get a friend of mine to pick them up and take them home. So upset with Walmart and it's lack of effort

Ridiculous that you can only use self checkout, the you can't buy the items you want if you buy more than the self checkout allows. So to further inconvenience you, you have to run a second order to get everything you want. Doing my best to shop anywhere else. Walmart sucks!

They need an entirely new staff. This place is the least organized of any of the Walmart locations. I am not just speaking as a consumer. I am also speaking as a business/independent contractor. This store needs an ENTIRE NEW STAFFING!!!

The parking is atrocious!! They have taken sooo many spaces out, it's ridiculous!! They have moved everything around in the store and if you ask someone that works there, they say "that way" or "a couple aisles over" with a few exceptions of very nice young men that actually walked with me and showed me exactly where things were.

I bought a pair of shoes size 8 1/2 , went to take them back to get a size 9 and the store would not take them back. I also had my receipt. I’m glad I didn’t buy the other colors like I planned on doing.I don’t think I will ever go back

Good store... Big! Has a full automotive department (tires) which is nice. Store was clean and I found what I was looking for that I couldn't find at other Walmarts.

Great place to shop in Washington, NC. Not as many shops here as in Greenville NC but this Walmart is huge compared to ones in Greenville in my opinion. Plus it's basically brand new well less than 10 years old and they keep it clean and more organized than the ones in Greenville NC I'll tell u that. And one lady I can't remember her name but she went all out helping me find clothes for my 6 year old bc she wears size 10 instead of size 6 like the supposed normal is. But they were needing to restock bc a lot sold out as it is Christmas coming up and she looked Thur a bunch of items with me and then said her kid is the same and since I no how to take in and sow that getting a extra small In woman's like stretch pants and take them up a couple inches then it woukd fit great and I would have a lot of choices then and it be just as cheap if not cheaper that way and she was right 👍! It fit her perfectly and only took less than five min per each pair of pants 👖. So that's customer service at the highest quality u can get In my opinion and I wish I could remember her name bc I would put it up here in big bold letters and thank her again. So this Walmart is five stars in customer service to me.

I have never had such a hectic experience at a Walmart. This location is truly traumatizing. I thought online ordering was supposed to eliminate stress and worries. I have been waiting about 30 mins in this parking lot. They changed the pick up area but the signs in the parking lot still direct you to the old pick up area. Then I call to find out where the new pick up area is and WALA, instant attitude from the associate on the phone. Like lady, it’s your place of work that is unorganized. I had all this time to type of this review and still awaiting my groceries. It is now 6:51pm, my journey started 45 mins ago.

Shelves are not well stocked, things are scattered on the ground. They have about 2 dozen scan & go checkouts and only 6 manned registers with only 1 manned register open where when I walked up I was 5th or 6th, 2 others got in line behind me, and not until after I snapped these pictures did 2 other registers open.

Literally everytime I go there to get some stuff that is locked up I always get the worst customer service. Like tonight there was a manager and 3 other woman working and the guy who was at the customer service desk told one of them to Help me and all of they gave him mouth back out loud to where I could hear them and literally took them 5mins to stop talking to help me Lazy immature workers.

Most of the employees have attitudes and act like they dont know what they are doing. Also, they never answer the phones and when you ask for help they act like your being a nuisance as well as the tire and lube department take forever doing anything to your vehicle and even then they most of the time dont do it right. Everyone walk around like chickens with their heads cut off. I honestly hate coming here when I have to.

They don't staff checkouts because they want you to go to self checkout. The woman working there was pleasant enough but over worked. I was picking up pictures, my only reason for going there and the barcode wouldn't scan. Here is a picture of the offending machine. I was there long enough to take lots of photos. It is a depressing place.
