Jessica (tall, white, older lady) was very condescending and rude. Im not one to lose my temper without a valid reason. I walked into the store with a return. I waited patiently as her and 2 other men finished a conversation. Finally I was addressed. A return? she said comically with a smirk. Okay get in line. What line? I’m standing here and the only one standing here. And she proceeds to walk to another register that she was not standing at. A guy comes walking up at the same time and she starts to ring him up…I’m going to leave it here. The Snapchat recording I have is too lengthy to post. I will determine how to contact the district manager for this location.

Absolutely terrible. The way they treat their employees is horrendous. Making the employees deal with the disasters of palets behind the red doors. Scrambling while the managers are screaming at them through their earpiece. Shame on the managing positions

I was at the Washington County, NC location back in April, with my minipoodle (Gaysby). We had a great experience discovering this spot. The staff and people were amazing. We got a huge bag of Rawhide bone that lasted him and his sister (Tipsy) for over 2 months. Service was also spectacular! Thank you guys so much! Phenomenal work!

Jessica who is very kind and helpful most of the time was a mess this morning. She acted like she couldn't be bothered with me because I was returning an item that I was told to bring back by another emplayer. We bought a bad bag of dog food and I was returning it.

The new team members are much friendly and seem to have an excellent customers service than the other except for a few good old employees like John and a couple more. My only concerns are why so many turn overs with employees. Is it that hiring young employees transfer or are college students that move on after the semester are completed?

All employees were helpful except Jessica. When she was asked if they had a certain product that all TSC customers know is a standard in the store item she was more concerned with something else than making sure a customers request was correctly answered. If the customer had not assured other employees the store did indeed carry the product it would have been a missed customer situation. Poor customer service by a long time employee.

Both boys (darren & joehan i think?!?) in there today were a huge help to me in finding lawn mower spark plugs that are the same as ones I needed but with different name & code numbers. Thanks fellas I was clueless! Lol

Been there many times & have had great service. 95% of the time they have what I need. What store has everything? Can get it or suggest an option. Can't do any better than that.

My nephew's birthday was coming up and he just broke one of his John Deere toy tractors. Tractor supply had quite a few of those toys available and were on 30% sale.Staff was very polite and tfe store was clean. Store also has a nice supply of merchandise for dogs that I have used in the past. Bought my invisible fence here last year.

Great store for farm and shop. Sells hardware and farm supplies not carried by big box stores like Lowes. Good selection of workshop tools for welding/metalwork, tractors maintenance, truck accessories, gardening, animal care and the like. Fantastic selection of bolts and other hardware.

Clerks were extremely helpful and knew where the items I wanted were located in the store. Everyone was friendly and had a smile for all of the customers. I'm going to make this my store for shopping.

DO NOT BUY THE LAST Troy Bilt Pony 42" ride on 17.5 horse. I watched Hillary grind the heck out of the transmission and jump it off the curb into the parking lot because she had no idea what she was doing.A customer in the parking lot had to drive it for her.I had purchased the mower the day before but the sales associates could not figure out how to open the locks. I told them I would return the next day (today).I return to find another manager, Hillary, showing MY mower to another customer as it was still outside on display.I ask why nobody called me as they said they would once they had the lock off. They just said they think they lost my number. Meanwhile I just spent $2000 on the mower and 2 year warranty where they had to take my name and number etc.So the sales associate says he doesn't know how to drive it. So Hillary jumps on and turns the mower into a bucking bronco in the parking lot. I was already bothered by the lack of consideration and leaving my mower out for other customers to consider buying. Then Hillary very possibly damaged the mower. I said I was not accepting the mower and wanted a refund. Hillary smiled and said ok and told me to go inside for a refund. My wife was outside and listened as Hillary and the store associate said how this was the store manager from the day priors fault then they laughed it off.No apology, just a refund and a goodbye.I feel bad for whoever buys that mower.Looks like everyone there needs some training on what they are selling.I'm waiting on Dani the district manager to call me.I will update.*Received a phone call today 8/7 from Amy Womble with TSC. We discussed the shortcomings of the transaction in Washington to an extent I was happy with. I appreciated the follow up.

I walked about the store with no specific plans for a purchase. I saw a item I ended wanting to purchase and did. I also saw a item I wanted but decided to wait to purchase at a later date. They have a large assortment of products.

Love Tractor Supply. It's easy to find stuff not overwhelming like big box stores. They have a little bit of everything. Very friendly and helpful staff too.
