We took our Gatsby here yesterday. All I can say is I'm so impressed by what they did. Gatsby don't like getting his face done so I know that was a great challenge for them but they went above and beyond to at least try to get the job done. Omgoodness true dog lovers! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The staff was so friendly and caring. Great work too! Very professional!

Needed a new groomer so took my 2 dogs there for the first time, dropped them off around 9am and they were ready around 12. Loved that they were able to walk around and socialize with the other dogs and they weren't just left in a cage. Quality work, very nice and professional. The little bandanas they put on the dogs are adorable!

Love how the dogs get a chance to run around free and socialize. The owner is a funny woman, always a pleasure to talk to. The dog washer is thorough and always keeps my dog clean and smelling great and finishes her in a timely manner. Will continue to go there, very nice people.

Very happy after our first visit. I dropped off our female Maltese today in need of a serious grooming. I explained what I wanted and they delivered perfectly and in the time frame I asked for. She even had a cute bandanna tied around her neck when I picked her up. In a business where looks are almost everything, I was impressed. We will be going back again!

Love this place. Glenda is a great groomer and loves her job and the pets that come in. Over the years she's groomed 5 of the dogs we've owned. The recent two, and new to us resques, had no problem after our trip to the vet for the ok to groom. The dogs did great for their first trip to a new groomer. I guess dogs know good people when they meet them.

They do not accept pits. Unprofessional. Meet the dog before you turn him down.UPDATE: We took RJ to Critter Cuts in Washington, NC and we had a fantastic experience. They said he was super friendly. Goes to show you to judge a book by its breed.

I just moved to the area and called Friday to check their availability. The woman who answered said Monday at 7:00 am. I was great full for that. I got up and drove over an hr only to see they were closed on Monday. If you didn’t want my business cool I’ll go somewhere else. This was totally unacceptable. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

we took our little shih tau there and to our surprise, they had not groomed him at all, but charged us 45.00. When i call them, they would not answer, so i look my pup to palmico animal hospital, they did a very good job, i don't trust these people at wash and wag anymore.
