We bought a gas range that they did not have in stock. Waited a week or so for it to be transported from Jacksonville. When it was finally ready for pick up, we brought it home and started to install just to find out it had this great big dent from when it was moved from one place to another. Very disappointing to see my brand new gas range with such a big dent.

Service is slow as molasses and then not willing to help. I saw 4 men walking around the garden center and I had to load 5 bags of sand on my own. Only to find out after standing in the customer service line for 25 minutes that they don't match prices online. Ridiculous.

The parking lot is clean there's plenty of space to get In-N-Out.The store is very clean.The shelves are well stocked..They would have a 5 star rating if the staff would talk to you and walk you.To the item you're looking for instead of wasting 1 hour.Trying to find the item..

Chaotic experience at 11am on a Friday. “K” (we’ll call him) and one other employee were chatting it up happily when I came and asked for help. K walked away and asked 2 other employees to help me instead of him. NYLA was VERY HELPFUL AND THOROUGH.

I would like to take a minute to recognize an employee in the mill works dept at the Washington, n.c. store. Nyla Rogerson ordered me two slab doors for my home and I was so impressed with her knowledge of her job that I had to write this review. She knew her way around the computer and also knew where to go and what to do to look up exactly what I needed. She was very polite and helpful in every way. That's a quality you don't see much anymore these days. This young lady deserves recognition and a raise for her work ethic. Keep your eyes on her because she's going places. Will it be at your business or somewhere else?

I GO TO LOWES OFTEN IN MANY DIFFERENT TOWNS UP AND DOWN THE EAST COAST. MOST OF THEM HAS SAME SERVICE TYPE, YOU SEE AN ASSOCIATE, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE AND ITS LIKE THEY GET ANGRY FOR BEING BOTHERED. IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM LOWES VISIT MY HOME STORE IN WASHINGTON NC. IVE STOPPED HERE 35 YEARS AND THEY HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT THE WHOLE TIME. ALWAYS HELPFUL, THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL RUSHED, BEST OF ALL IF YOU DONT KNOW THE NAME OF SOMETHING YOU NEED BUT CAN HALF EXPLAIN IT THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A MORON. Very disappointed to find that a company who on the surface supports and gave back to those who served have all but taken away many of the discounts on many items. Lumber many buildings products for one. And discounted items.Still appreciate the special veterans parking!

Lowes of Washington sold me a defective patio door and refuses to replace it. The door appears to have been returned by a prior customer, then re-packaged as new, with damage to the bottom of the door, scapes from a prior install, and the rollers don't roll. The store has refused me access to the Store Manager, whom I am told is the only person that can assist me in resolving this issue. I have filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General as Lowe's customer services continues to sink to all time lows.

Bought a washer and dryer. Cindy was very helpful,as well as very polite.** Follow up: Lowes guys delivered the washer and dryer. Was very concise and polite. In and out in 30 mins tops. Picked up all trash,etc.

They are never stocked! The customer service is non-existent. Know what you need bc you will have to beg for someone to help you. Still looking for a washer and dryer I went online and decided to go in-store. Will still have to go online smdh 🙄

Lately Lowes is kinda hit or miss! Some good visits and some not so good. Bought two different items that turned out to be returns. Found that parts were missing in what I had bought.

(Policy review not employee review)The employees here are always very helpful and nice so the 1 star is not about them. I bought a washing machine here and had it delivered to my residence. The first wash was fine. The second wash did not drain much water out but I thought maybe a setting was wrong. The third wash, the drum makes a loud click sound and will not spin and then jumps from sensing to complete. I am sure it is just a faulty board or something and since it had been less than a week I figured it would be an easy fix to call lowes and get a replacement. I was told that for appliances you only have 48 HOURS to report an issue for a replacement UNLESS you paid with a lowes credit card in which you have 30 days. Now I have to go through maytag to try and get a replacement. It is very ridiculous that I am basically being punished for paying with a debit card instead of using lowes special credit card. A $600 washing machine should be backed by the seller for longer than 48 hours regardless of the payment method. 48 hours is not even enough time to break an appliance in. I would recommend buying expensive appliances some where else where they actually stand by what they are selling you for more than 2 days.

The Lowe's delivery team, Walter and Eric were 2 of the most professional people I've ever met. Their care for the products and of my home says a lot about the character and work ethics of these 2 young men. They tested each appliance and gave us some quick useful information about the products. Extremely pleased with their performance, courtesy and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks men for all you do!

Unfortunately we drove 30 minutes out of our way for an item that was listed in stock at this store but they did not have any. I give Regan credit for trying to find it. She was determined to find it and got other people involved. She was personable and professional. Jessica also helped us find a comparable item. In the end, both made the drive worthwhile.

Went to lowes today. Have been there several times. Employees are usually friendly, sometimes helpful. Today, met a young employee named Lyle. He was helping a customer when we ran into him, needing help. We try not to ask for help because it's 50/50 if you get a dependable person. He said he would be right with us. I didn't believe him since we have been in this situation many times. However, he had someone come right over and help us load the wood over to the cutting machine and then he came and cut the wood for us. He was new and it took him some time, but he figured it out. He was exceptional!

I was accidentally overcharged by over $1300 on a very large order and I did not catch the mistake until the next day. Needless to say, I was very nervous about not being able to get my money back. I approached a manager named Garland and he viewed the video footage and promptly refunded my account. While shopping for additional items that same day a nice sales associate who rides a scooter was so kind to help me pick out colors for a mirror to match a bathroom vanity. This store offers great customer service!
