I love Ms Inez! She does a great job and she loves all the dogs and they love her! My Judah loves going and gets so excited. He does not like to get a bath or have his hair cut but he does love Ms Inez and he trust her and he is always ready to go back. I also like Ms Inez because she is open with you if she sees something with your dog that may be a concern while she is grooming them. She truly loves the fur babies!

Very pleased with Mrs. Kosto's services. She's friendly and her work is excellent. My little Shih Tzu who normally growls when going up to someone new has never once growled when I hand her to Mrs. Kosto. Highly recommend her!!!

Her grooming is good! But her attitude needs adjusting at times! Please put up business hours on the net,so you don't have to come across smart and tell me " during the day".I think,I got that much sense! I will not take my 2 dogs back! Edited 8/9/2019 because of her daughter "Joi"...I went back through my calls and it was 6:20 in hopes to LEAVE A MESSAGE! INSTEAD I got pure rudeness.

Ms. Kosto was excellent with my very nervous poodle today. When we got there she didn't hustle Molly into the clipping room, but rather, knowing she was so nervous, let her run around her backyard getting used to the sights, sounds, and smells. Then after a few minutes, she opened the door and Molly went in. I loved that she let me stay and watch this interaction. When I came to pick Molly up, she looked great. Thank you so much for a very relaxing experience.

I'm taking my little dog to her for a grooming she did a good job the first time, I scheduled him for his second grooming and when I got him home and started looking at him really good she had missed a lot of spots and underneath she took so much hair away that you can see the skin I call her she told me to bring him back she did her best to clean him up but now she says we make her nervous so she refuses to do any more grooming if anything she makes us nervous for the work she did the second time

I went in to get my toy poodle cut. I told her I HATED the generic poodle cuts (Afros and skint bodies) she said okay! I came back to the classic poodle cut and she gave him a MUSTACHE. Cost me $35 I had to go get it fixed. Also did not trim in his nails or ears also did not clean them out.

Funny, why would someone KNOWING business hours are during the DAY but call at NIGHT? That would cause an attitude for anyone having to deal with such an annoyance, their home being called at night for an appointment.Mom doesn't manage anything online. Not even this listing. She is self employed and one can find out anything they want to know by calling her during the DAY, not between 7:00 and 11:00 at night.
