Messy store. It used to be clean but has gone downhill over the years. You couldn't hardly get down the aisles with or without a buggy. This used to be my favorite store but it's changed a lot and not taken care of anymore I guess. Employees were friendly though, so that's who the 3 stars is for.

I'm cool with Reggie don't know if he's still there but haven't shopped here in 3 years glad to see it's happier and nicer employees Reggie has always been genuine reasons I started shopping here from the start

Terrible service ran all the way to the store for a drink and got there 5 min before closing and was denied entry

They always have attitudes when I go in there. I use the store because it's close to my house I'm definitely considering not using it anymore since they're so busy talking to one another instead of trying to help their customers

This was the last of 4 Family Dollar stores I called in Belhaven and Washington. It is also the ONLY STORE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE!! The store in Belhaven and one in Washington repeatedly went straight to a voice message that said they were all busy, call back. I tried each over a span of 45 minutes and never got past thus message. The phone at BUS 17 had a phone that rang repeatedly and I received no voice message and no answer. I let it ring at least 25 times. SO, EVEN THOUGH THE STORE I REACHED DIDNT HAVE WHAT I NEEDED, I WILL MOST CERTAINLY ONLY DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE. It is a 25 minute ride to both towns, so looking for an item by phone makes sense for me, and makes customer service very important to me. Thanks

Clean and orderly. Staff is nice, mostly, although when they feel like chatting it up with a customer they give you lack luster service.

No customer restrooms! They said "we don't have public restrooms". I said "I'm a customer, I'm here to purchase things". She said "we don't have public restrooms". I said "if you're customers are not good enough, I'm no longer a customer."
