I would like to start by saying I have never left a bad review in my life. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. So, I called a day before to ask about having a mower we purchased from them serviced. Was instructed to bring it out the following morning. After driving an hour, I was told it would be 2 weeks before I could pick it back up. This information would have been nice to know when I called the day before. I asked if I could be put on a list and bring it back in 2 weeks after the other customers in front of me has been taken care of. I was told they do not do that. Their reason for not doing 'appointments' is that they don't want other customers to feel like they were skipped. Even though I reinterated I would be perfectly happy waiting for the other customers ahead of me. So I left in frustration. I decided to call the store and politely point out the inconvenience so that maybe they could consider the flaw in their system, I was cut off several times and then hung up on as soon as I mentioned talking to a manager. Incredibly poor customer service from a business we purchased a $10k mower from. Will not return and will advise others to be weary.

An amazing company to do business with. It is refreshing to find an honest place of business these days. Very friendly, fast, and most important HONEST. Fixed two mowers for me now at what I have found to be beyond affordable pricing, the second I expected a large bill as I thought the mower had issues. They fixed it for under $69 dollars, most places would have charged that to diagnose the problem. They have my business for life!

Awesome store and staff. I drive from Greenville to Bath just to shop there. Best price in NC on my Hustler mower as well. Everything you need under one roof!

Nice facility and accommodating staff. Family-iwned. Really take all the time necessary to answer your questions. We've heard that their equipment service is great also. Haven't experienced that yet, but when a friend made that statement, it certainly factored in our decision to buy our lawn equipment and home generator from them. Would highly recommend based on the salesman and range of offerings alone.

I was in the market for a zero turn mower. After a lot of research I chose to purchase a Hustler. Sam was extremely helpful in assisting me in choosing the size and model I needed. I highly recommend him and Hustler ZTR Mowers. The mower performs better than I imagined.

Absolutely the least customer oriented retail establishment I have ever encountered. Under no circumstance should anyone ever expect this store to take care of thier customer or stand behind the cheap cut rate wares they peddle.I will make the hour plus drive to Lowe's or Ace in Washington for my needs.I wouldn't throw trash in the parking lot of True Value, they aren't worth it.

Awesome place for amything your home needs anything from paint to numbers for your mailbox. They also have a tanning bed to keep your dark tan throughout the winter. If you are look for yard maintenance this is your place to go hustler lawn mowers of any model.

I called searching for a product. Sales associate said they had product. Before I could get there product had been purchased. Sales associate called and informed me, recommended a substitute product that worked just as well and was cheaper. I really appreciated that
