Machele, the lead pharmacy tech, is quite rude. She is never friendly when I go in there. She always, always has an attitude when I pick my prescriptions. She sure may be the lead but has 0 customer service manners. Switching to Walgreens and we love CVS. I’m just tired of always feeling like I’m bothering her when we go in.

I had three prescriptions to pick up that were all ordered by different physicians. I was handed my order in an easy to carry bag and was thanked for my business. Everything was perfect!

WORST store ever. I called to get a refill on my meds and they gave me several excuses why they would not. 1st: your insurance hasnt approved it yet (that is an easy fix). next day, excuse number 2: Your doctor hasnt did the PA (doctor sent it again that day). Day 3 and excuse 3: We now need to speak to your doctor and he needs to tell us why you are even on this med. Day 4, excuse 4: Your insurance is now stating they wont pay for this. It is now the weekend so i waited again until monday to call back. Also that day i received a letter from my insurance saying they approved my meds the previous week. So i called and asked what the issue was because they stated my insurance denied it when they already approved it. Then she states "We refuse to fill your meds anymore, go somewhere else."

Can't stand to break the threshold of any CVS. The one in Suffolk VA. Denied me insulin and syringes. I'm have diabetes and every other drug store I buy my medicine over the counter. Yet the so called pharmacist told me I had to prove I had diabetes and me standing there with a empty 70/30 insulin bottle. What a POS!!!

This is without a doubt the WORST CVS store I have ever been to. I have had the misfortune of having to go there twice this month and both times I have been treated like it was a major inconvenience for them to have to help me by every employee including pharmicist. What a pathetic excuse for retail store. For now on I will drive the 30 minutes to Greenville just to avoid this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
