This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are beyond rude, they are slow beyond measure and nothing is ever ready, even when you have received multiple text messages stating your medicine is ready. I have never gone in there and had anything ready. They are arrogant and rude, every single one that works behind that counter! And God forbid you ask a question, they just repeat themselves instead of actually answering the question!! Place is horrendous

Called this cvs the night before to make sure they would have prescriptions ready to be picked up next day. Went the next day to pick up they told me it would be late tonight or the next day before prescriptions would be ready after I had called ahead the night before. Was told they didn’t have time to fill prescriptions would get to it when they could. DONT GO THERE TRANSFERED TO HARRIS TEETER

Had an employee snap at me after they confused me. Arrived at 5 and was told it would be 30 more minutes. When I got back in line at 5:30 I gave her my name and dob she scrunched her face and asked "what are you even looking for" I confusingly told her the medication and that I was just told it would be ready in 30 minutes. She then snapped back that there are only two people working. I told her I understand I was just confused because she made it seems like I didn't have a medication in process when I was just told I did.Also, for reference, I texted the refill request at 8am.Front of store staff have always been extremely friendly! I've even had an overall satisfactory experience with the pharmacy technicians previously.p.s. The technican who checked me out afterwards was friendly.

This pharmacy is horrible! They never give you the correct info. You have to do all the calling around to find anything. They are always out of medication and heaven forbid they call to let you know. They switch pharmacist daily,I haven’t seen the same ones in weeks. Attitudes are horrible and pharmacist override the dr’s decision about a medication. And their app sucks!!!!

Pharmacist create their own reasons why they would not fill my prescription I got 3 different excuses in 2 days .I called other cvs pharmacies and there were no "New" polices in place .I use Good RX they told me they no longer use Good RX but when I call other cvs stores they said they do take Good RX . Looks like and smells like Discrimination.

Logan, he greeted us at the front check out as we entered the store. He did EXCEPTIONALLY well! He opened the cage for us to purchase Dove products, helped to apply coupons, (coupons would not apply on this transaction), and at the same time, he helped an elderly Lady check out, and loaded her shopping cart!Keep up the good work Logan!Kimberley

This has got to be the WORST CVS in Eastern North Carolina . I had already given up on shopping there , because their staff are so incompetent and the prices are ridiculous with Walgreens next door. But THE PHARMACY STAFF at this store are the WORST . HOW do they still have a job? I mean QUIT if you hate it so much ? Other places are hiring! Being sent there because they are allegedly the only ones carrying a certain medicine is the WORST , i'd rather drive to Greenville than deal with the poor care of this CVS !

Is zero an option?I was in the drive through and the pharmacist threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave! I guess this is their “strong arm of the law”! Apparently if this CVS sends you a text and says your prescriptions are ready, they may or may NOT have them ready for pickup. They blamed this on a corporate system. And if you ask them why the other prescriptions aren’t ready they threaten you with calling the police for not leaving the drive through. I called their corporate number to complain and they told me that the store sends out those texts! They also told me that a manager would contact me about this event. They never called.This is poor business management. Very bad experience and will not be returning to this store.

So, my wife drank some Body Armor from this location. Was 4 month passed it's sell by date. Was rancid and made my wife vomit. When she spoke to the manager she said they were still allowed to sell them and my wife could call Coke if there was a problem.No apology. Nothing. Kind of messed up. Will not be returning to location.

Attempted to call the pharmacy this evening. I spent 24 minutes being on hold, once attempting to re-dial to reach a person. When a live person finally answered the phone I began to tell them that I had been waiting for a long time and struggling with their automated system and the pharmacy staff person hung up on me. I then called the store and asked them to check with the pharmacy about my rx. They stated they would send my call back. I told them I did not want to go back on hold with the pharmacy and they said they could not help me. I then asked to speak with the manager. They did not comply, but another store employee agreed to walk back to the pharmacy and confirm my script was ready for pick up.They need to replace their current voice mail system and they need to train their pharmacy staff in customer service. The store staff made an effort to meet my needs.

Dr wrote me a prescription for what I was told was oral prednisone. Picked up the prescription and it was for a steroid but for an intramuscular injection. Not sure why a pharmacist wouldn’t question this dose and route of administration. I now have an unopened steroid that I can’t and shouldn’t use and they are refusing to let me return it and get a refund. Sounds like your pharmacy staff needs some retraining.

Normally, I would give this place 4 stars. However, the past 2 times I have been there have been poor. I normally order my medication 5 hours ahead of time (as they ask for at least a hour). However, the past two times I have gone in, after giving them 5 hours, and it still isn't ready. Also, the line of picking up medication has gotten really bad lately. Today I waited in line about 20 minutes, told my medication wasn't ready, waited about 10 minutes for it to be ready, heard my name called, and finally had to back to the end of the line and wait another 20 minutes.Customer service is still great. The staff is very professional. Just need more staff.

I was on hold for 20 mins trying to check the status of a prescription that my doctor sent over before lunch time. It was after 6pm when I called. I drove to this location to check the status staying on hold the whole time. Walked into this location with my phone in my hand and asked if they were having issues with their phones. She said no. I showed her my phone showing how long I was hold. She said well we answer it when it rings. She never once apologized. The pharmacist was behind the counter when I first walked up talking. He then left. I asked for my prescription and was told it was not ready yet. She would have the pharmacist check it when he comes back from his break! It was birth control pills. They are prepackaged!

Pharmacist David hung up the phone on me while I was at my doctors office trying to fix a prob w prescription. Not professional in any way. Same pharmacist cursed at my disabled wife! Haven't seen that pharmacist recently but it still takes an hour on hold to speak to anyone and the staff Absolutely Hate their jobs. I've witnessed TWO techs Walk Out after being mistreated by pharmacist. Worst costumer service Ever!

The pharmacy staff at this location are the rudest and most miserable I have ever dealt with. Whenever possible, I try to get my medications at other locations. I swear the staff at this location absolutely hate their jobs. It is definitely a Washington NC CVS problem because all other locations are friendly and helpful. I am seriously considering switching all prescriptions to Walgreens because this pharmacy is terrible! Please PLEASE send the staff to a customer service class...something needs to change.

Recently had meds sent to this CVS and went through the drivethru pickup, I was told they would be $90 there… had my meds sent to another pharmacy and paid $2 after adding my insurance. They told me without it still would have only been $15… after listening to multiple friends and reading some reviews I thought I should add my input too. If you’re considering using CVS… try your local Walmart pharmacy first!!

I have had no problem with CVS pharmacy. They have to order my prescription cause its something they don't stock. I call a day ahead of time and they have it the next day. No problem, no rudeness, and no attitude.

I was called to see if I was going to pickup a precription or not. I told her this was the first call to let me know it was ready & was she fixing to put it back. She said that`s what I`m telling you. I was going to ask her if they had another one on file so I could get it filled to. I have just moved here from Fayetteville & my dr. just sent in for my meds so I certainly did not want them to be put back on the shelf. She told me she had another customer & hung up. I was told I needed to talk to pharmacy manager, then told by pharmacy I needed to talk to store manager. Store mang. not there & pharmacy on the phone. I will inform my insurance CVS they need to be replaced. I see the rating for CVS in washington,nc is 1.9,too high!

The inability of the pharmacy staff to answer their phones is frustrating. I have been in the store and seen 6 people working but not one would answer a phone. Tonight after waiting 20 minutes with no answer, I GAVE UP. I have not had a bad in store experience but the unwillingness for staff to answer the phone is inexcusable. Maybe it's time to find a more responsive pharmacy. I am now unable to solve a backordered prescription issue and will be going with my high blood pressure medicine for a few days. And after being on constant hold, I need it! The last time this happened, I got in my car, drove to the store, while still on hold, and was waited on. They could care less about helping customers on the phone.

Was in here on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. In a line of 10 people waiting at pharmacy. Not enough staff. One register open. Clerk in pharmacy said, “I don’t like to run register.”Manager came in. He could barely ring up sales. This store just took over prescriptions from a pharmacy that recently closed. They can’t even handle their own customers.Go to Walgreens or Tayloe. You’ll be sick from poor service if you come her.

This is the worst CVS. I just wanted to call and ask how much my prescriptions were and of course I get an automated person that only told me the name of the medicine, said "if you don't have anymore questions, then goodbye" and it hung up. How hard is it to put a real person on the phone.

This store has so many problems, I don't know where to begin. Takes days to get a script filled, pharmacy doesn't answer phone, they're overwhelmed and understaffed. I feel sorry for anyone working there and sorrier for us, the customers who have to wait forever.

Personally I would not give this place even one star they have the laziest staff they can not even get the medications ready in a timely manner. Medications were supposed to be ready by 3pm and it is now 5 pm and they are still not ready they should quit gossiping and do their jobs correction the company needs to fire everyone and replace them with people who are competent.

This pharmacy is atrocious. Between dealing with rude employees, them never having my medications ordered, never communicating with me about any medications needing to be ordered, and then lieing to me about a new medication being discontinued when it wasn't, I would never suggest this pharmacy.

After trying to pick up meds for 2 days now, was told that I didn't have a prescription, after I literally dropped it off last week. Was told "Well we don't just hold on to random scripts"
