I have had Collies or Shelties all my life and always did my own grooming. But because of a broken wrist I had to find a groomer. I looked at local ones and checked out their websites, ratings and reviews. I decided to choose Critter Cuts and I am glad I did.My Carrie Mae and Parker looks fantastic after their spa day and the folks there answered all my questions and fulfilled my extra requests. Definitely recommend them!🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾. 5 paws review

The staff is very good with the pets and our first time was amazing. You just walk in the door and they take over. The pet doesn't know you leave. I am sure there is a certain amount of anxiety tied to all this but when we picked him up he was gorgeous and happy.

I cannot say enough good things about Critter Cuts. I’ve tried several groomers, I drive and hour and a half to take my doodle. She’s a mud diver and they never complain about her pitiful state. Love Critter Cuts.

Love Critter cuts! Oreo always gets a quality cut and we feel very comfortable boarding him there. The staff are wonderful and they always so friendly.Highly recommend them.

The professional groomer was very nice and patient with my mother's dog. The groomer asked for details about how my Mom would want Twinkle's haircut, and the end result Twinkle was beautiful!This groomer takes several dogs at one time. You may have a waiting period of 3-4 hours, so be prepared to run some errands.

The young ladies that helped us were very nice and our english bullies loved them. Prices are fair and they do excellent work. When your pet enjoys the groomers you have a keeper!

Dogs welcomed people tolerated 😆.I'm joking I love critter cuts and so does my huskie "HARLOW" he always leaves looking his best. The staff here always have great attitudes and are very welcoming and professional If I could I would give critter cut 10/10 stars.

The wonderful staff at Critter Cuts always greets us with so much kindness. My Ginger loves going there. I can’t believe they have even helped her learn how to get along with other dogs not to mention she’s always beautiful when I pick her up. I travel over an hour to bring her here. Love love love this place.

Ive always had a pleasure taking my Maltin poo to be groomed @ least every 3/4 mntgs for past 6yrs. He seems to enjoy. And looks so handsome when I pick him up. Staff is very likeable. I'd highly recommend.

We took our 2 dogs to get washed and nails clipped. Our sweetest little lab had a nail cut so close that she was bleeding profusely. My husband was concerned and said they put something on it to “stop the bleeding” but there was blood all in his truck when he got home. We had to put her in the pen with a towel to keep her from bleeding all over the house.

I hate to leave a bad review for anyone but I just couldn’t help myself after the lady at the front desk was very rude to my husband and couldn’t show some degree of mercy for him after he drove 45 mins with a screaming newborn and two large dogs in the car and was turned away after showing up 18 mins after the appt time time. Apparently there’s a 15 minute late policy that you have to reschedule if you’re more than 15 mins late and don’t expect them to show any mercy if you’re past that. The groomer did a great job when I had brought My dogs in previously but whoever is managing the place needs to figure out how to have some lenience with customers and be more humble and reasonable. The time it took him to get the baby ready and loaded in the car and two large dogs, plus the cost of gas today - and for her to turn our business away when there was no other dogs in the groomer was seriously insane. I wish the circumstances were different because I won’t be going back but did think highly of this little shop before…

My mother has been coming here for a while now, never had a bad review or complaint. However, today she was 7 mins late to drop her dog off and the lady behind the desk was extremely rude (I won’t go into detail but as a manager if one of my employees ever talked to a customer that way for no reason I would fire immediately) . Did not have a good attitude at all. I will not be bring my animals here.

Great pricing but facility was smoky and I wasn't impressed or in love with the cut. 2nd time here, won't be back. 1st time my dogs nose was nicked but I said I'll try again..maybe he was scared. 2nd time no cuts, but hair is choppy and uneven. Just not really impressed. I see why other places are booked up and there is availability here. Staff was nice, enough. Pricing is good.

There are compassionate girls here... and when it comes to my Fur Baby that is a Must!! My older Husky/ Shepherd went and those girls treated him so well and were so patient and loving and I can't recommend them enough!!

I went back recently with my newfy and they did an absolutely beautiful job. I was a bit nervous to go back, but in the end decided to try again and I am so happy that I did.My newf looks great and more importantly he is comfortable. I will bring him routinely and also bring back my husky.Thank you Critter Cuts!!

Not only was my dog SHAVED without me asking for this, she also had SEVERAL nicks on her belly. She is not timid or scared of people, yet when we picked her up, she was terrified and immediately ran and hid behind me. The staff was rude when I asked about why she was shaved everywhere EXCEPT her face, which has NOTHING done to it. I am very unsatisfied with this business, and will not be going back.

I love critter cuts. I take my lab and weiner dog there and they love it. they get there nails cut and baths and the staff is so friendly and loving. the place is clean and the prices are great. they also have treats and toys and clothes for animals that are very good prices. they also have boarding too. I wouldn't take my animals anyplace else.denise in washington
