My fur babies love coming here!! My dogs dragged me in the lobby the last time I dropped them off. We have boarded all our babies, 5 cats and 2 dogs once for a month and and the next time was just a week and they took great care of them! Very nice people, easy system and I feel very confident that our pets are in good hands when they can't be with us. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

They were so good with my Blaze a Alaskan Malamute! They bathed him & trimmed up his tail. I am definitely using their services again! Very reasonable pricing also.

My Bella loved going to day care here. I knew I'd never had to worry about her. She always was doing projects, learning things, getting better with routines and lord knows, the summer day camp, she had a blast. I now have Trixie going and she's made friends and is learning ❤

Awesome place and experience. Otis (my dog) was well taken care of and boy was he happy to see me. and from what I can see they have one huge outdoor run area. Bigger than my back yard. If I head back that way to see the folks, I might just drop the Odester there again. Photo to come!

Great place to take your pets. The staff shows compassion to your animals as if they were their own. My cats and dogs receive great care while here for boarding, and I appreciate that very much.

We love our Warsaw Pet Lodge family! Our 2 dogs love attending daycare there and are always exhausted after a day of playing!They are always doing fun projects, fun activities with the dogs and will celebrate dogs birthdays!I feel at ease boarding our 2 dogs there too while we are out of town. I know they are in good hands! The staff and vets have always done a great job communicating with us on how our dogs are doing while staying at the Pet Lodge.They have all always gone above and beyond when helping take care of our babies and I am forever grateful for all they do!

Love that I can bring my two in and leave them without a worry. Love the suite option too. I think the suite vs. board policy needs to be explained a little more- since suites are paid by nights, if you pick up in the afternoon, your suite checkout is 12:00 so your dogs go to board at that point. I wish that was elaborated more. Still a great experience

We're from Charlotte and spent the day in Mt. Olive for their annual pickle fest which I was told is not a dog friendly event, and that's 100% accurate. We looked for somewhere local to board our 11 year old terrier mix. The ladies who I spoke to were super helpful and kind. The location is very clean and I felt so comfortable leaving my girl there the moment I walked in. Drop off and pick up were a breeze and is it weird to say that I wish I lived closer to Warsaw, specifically for this pet lodge? I could go on and on but I 11/10 recommend this place and hope someday to be able to drop Cypress off again 😊

The Warsaw Pet Lodge and staff are amazing! I began taking my RJ to daycare there once a week so he would be accustomed to the staff and facility in preparation for us needing to board him for a ski trip. After boarding him we take him at least weekly because he loves it so much and we feel comfortable going out of town now because he has somewhere to stay! All of the ladies / staff look out for him and communicate with me regularly when we are gone! It’s so clean and they go above and beyond to make sure he is well taken care of and has fun experiences! So grateful for the Warsaw Pet Lodge! 💙💙💙

I could not have found a better group of caring individuals as I did at the Warsaw Pet Lodge. From the check in process to the check out process it was a wonderful experience for me. My Stella (tea cup yorkie) was in good hands and I did not have one worry while we were away for a few days! Stella will definitely be back and will have her "staycations" at the Warsaw Pet Lodge in Warsaw NC!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BABY HERE!!!I left my healthy 4 yr old, 10 lb, baby here Monday, June 7, 2021 to go on vacation. By Thursday, June 10th, my baby was fighting for her life. And of course no one had any idea what could have happened. My baby was with my son & daughter in law’s babies & one of them is 150 lbs & medicated for pain. The facility was given specific instructions on how to administer the medication. All the symptoms my baby had were side effects of the medication which leaves me to believe that my baby got my fur granddaughter’s medicine. We abandoned our vacation & drove nonstop for 6 hours so I could pick my baby up at 8am to take her to our vet who saved her life.The 4 night stay with all vet bills has cost me over $700 not including 2 nights non refundable vacation condo rental due to having to leave Thursday night to rush home.I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!Oh yeah, not one person from this place has called to check on my baby
