::Long Review:: We moved to the area last year and hadn’t yet established a new vet for our pets. We recently lost our beloved Basset Hound unexpectedly and wanted to ensure we found a vet who was knowledgeable, caring, and willing to listen to our concerns as our last vets did not and could’ve prevented his passing at such a young age. Unfortunately, my youngest pup had his first mild seizure this week so I wanted to have him seen immediately. I called several vets in the area, and the only clinic who was actually kind was Warsaw Animal Hospital. I briefly explained my circumstances and the sweet receptionist told me although I couldn’t be seen that same day, she did let me know they had walk in hours during the week and to try to come in the morning. She even apologized that I was going through this. Other clinics were cold and told me they were booked up for weeks, wouldn’t take new clients, or I would have to pay a walk-in fee IF they even got me in for a walk-in. After no more seizure episodes that day, we went straight to WAH in the morning. From start to finish, they were just wonderful. I didn’t feel rushed or “squeezed” in, they made me feel like an established patient. We waited for an hour and a half, and it was 100% worth it. Dr.Laura Grady was exactly what I was looking for and wanted in a vet. She actively listened to me, explained things thoroughly, went over care as well as what to do moving forward, and most of all was so kind to my pup. She eased my anxiety as an owner, made me feel heard, and felt like she was 100% on my side to figure out a resolution. So very thankful that I called and their receptionist took time to listen to my concerns, give options, and sympathize with me in a stressful time. Then, to receive the care we did was only further reassurance that I made the best choice to go here. Also, their pricing is fair and reasonable which is just an added plus. Thank you, Warsaw Animal Hospital, staff, and Dr.Grady! Your kindness and true compassion for animals is so apparent in your day-to-day practices. We will be transferring all of our pets over as soon as possible! Highly recommend.

Dr. MARTIN was very nice spoke well and was willing to answer my daughter's questions and speak in a way she understood. So glad he was recommended to us will definitely be back as our bunnies need.

They are the best ever! Whether an emergency or not, they never cease to see my fur babies. And they are SO GOOD TO THEM! I remember now why I began going there in the first place. My only dellima, if there is one, is that it's so far from home. That was the case again Friday! Never again will complain about the distance, I'm there for the life of my fur babies, and mine!!!

I think this is the first business review I have ever wrote. To say our experience was anything less than top-notch would be an understatement. Our sweet Harlie girl was hit by a car and after numerous referrals for all over the Triangle we called Warsaw Animal Hospital on the recommendation of another client who had taken their dog to this vet for the same needed surgery. I called and asked lots of questions over the phone and was treated with kindness and they responded not I was like a bother, but like they cared. We drove over an hour for a consult and left with a scheduled surgery date. I cried all the way home. We now have a new vet who took the time to explain everything and make us feel more relaxed because they understand the importance of this dog being a huge part of our family. They gave us hope, a life full of running on 4 legs and took a huge weight off of our heart. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and please do yourself a favor even if you have to drive, it is worth it! Thank you, Dr. Grady, you were such a blessing today! See you soon!

Our dogs love to go there. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. We live an hour away, so they offer to mail prescriptions to us. Most of all, the prices of their services are very reasonable!

I have nothing, but wonderful things to say about Warsaw Animal Hospital. We've had many vets throughout the years, but they're by far the nicest, most compassionate, and caring. My cats have always had the best of care. The vets are always on time, very clean, extremely professional, and super loving! We've been taking our cats there for many years and will continue to do so. I would personally like to thank Dr. Laura Grady and her amazing staff for taking good care of our Pebbles. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to her back in February, but Dr. Laura Grady and her team were incredibly compassionate and handled the situation with the utmost care and delicacy. We will always be grateful for everything they did for Pebbles. We need more caring people like Dr. Laura Grady in this world. Just recently, we rescued a kitten and we plan on bringing her for a checkup next week. We know that she will be in good hands! Thank you for all for being so wonderful to us. We're truly blessed to have you all in our lives!

Definitely will never carry my animals anywhere else after finding Warsaw Animal Hospital!! The Vets and all the other personnel very professional. but yet still down to earth people! They really care about the animals they treat and are very reasonably priced. The entire staff makes me and my pets feel like that are really glad to see both me and my pets. The Vets do not act like they are better than you unlike some vets I have been to. All the personnel always have a smile for me, talk openly with me and make me and my pets feel welcome and really appreciated for choosing and trusting Warsaw Animal Hospital to take great care of my pets!!

The staff and general atmosphere here is a breath of fresh air. They actually answer the phone , and if after hours you can email or text , and get a response the next morning . My cat was sick on a Friday and they saw him at 4:30 pm ! Dr Grady is very friendly and knowledgeable . Plus - Bill was 90$ . Emergency hospital in Wilmington would have cost 4-5 times that.

I took my dog to Warsaw Animal Hospital for the first time the other day. The staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They also let me stay in the room with my dog when they were looking over her, which I appreciated, as she is very anxious. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices. The bill was much lower than I expected. I highly recommend taking your pet here, I think you'll both have a great experience.

Wonderful, moved here 5 years ago. Had to take my dog for check up. After having same veterinarian for 20 years it was great to find Warsaw Animal Hospital. My dog Ollie loves it. He is a small dog but thanks he is big dog when he gets to see all the other dogs.

Have been using this veterinary hospital for years. All of the care providers are awesome and the support staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Drs Grady and Martin especially have been there for all of our pets over the years furry , feathered, or hoofed! Warsaw Animal Hospital is great choice for your pet care .

This is one of the best places to take your animal. I was so surprised how they handle things. My cat fell and couldn't walk and i was so sure they would have to put her down. instead these people went above and beyond to get my sweetheart back home with me healthy as she was before hand. then when she was diagnosed with diabetes they have been there every step of the way to make her illness not as cripling as it could be. I moved to jacksonville and still drove over a hour to keep going back here until it became too much on my fur baby but they are so worth it. If you are in the area of this place look no where else they are the best at what they do.

The staff at Warsaw Animal Hospital are kind and attentive to pets and their people. I took Banks for a physical using the "drop-off we'll fit 'em in" process. It was super easy and convenient. When I picked him up Dr. Grady was very thorough in her explanation of everything they did and in the protocol for clearing up some issues they found. He got a report card which I appreciated since I couldn't be there in person to go through the process. I highly recommend this office for pet care!

The staff was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable in leaving my pet for a procedure. Upon picking my pet up, my pet was calm and peaceful. I took my cats to get spade. They did a great job. And everyone was so nice and explained every thing in detail of their after care. They love your pets just as much as you do. And I appreciate them so much. Plus they have the best prices than any Animal Hospital within 100 miles, believe me I know because I called them all. Take your pets to Warsaw Animal Hospital. It's worth it and your pets are worth it too.
